[00:00:05]Calhoun asked a terrifyingly opposite question. What happens to a society when survival becomes effortless? He built Universe 25, a flawless, disease-free rodent utopia. Four pairs of mice were given limitless food, perfect weather, and immaculate shelter. The enclosure could easily hold 5,000 citizens, and they never had to work a single day to survive. At first, it was paradise. The colony doubled every 55 days, but once the physical struggle for survival was completely erased, a mental rot set in.
