This video illustrates the complex relationship between constitutional rights and institutional policies. While citizens have First Amendment rights to record in public spaces, hospitals can implement reasonable restrictions to maintain safety and prevent disruptions. Security personnel have authority to enforce facility policies, including ID requirements and prohibitions on certain items like alcohol. Citizens have the right to file complaints against government officials, but public servants have legitimate authority to maintain order and request individuals to leave restricted areas. Misconceptions about constitutional oaths and treason are common but legally inaccurate. Understanding the balance between individual rights and institutional authority helps citizens navigate interactions with government officials appropriately.

wrong, man. No, you didn't. You don't listen to what the hell to do.
>> I've done nothing wrong.
>> Deescalate.
>> Listen to the show.
>> WHAT IF I PUT THE GUN AWAY?
>> WELL, that settles it. EVERYBODY GRAB A BROOM. IT'S SHENANIGANS.
HEY, welcome back to the channel everyone. This is First Amendment Shenanigans. Today we're checking in on Good Guy Activism as he decides to enter a hospital. Not a mental hospital like I've suggested in the past. No, he walks into a regular hospital in Harlem and he decides that he's going to film. He runs into a couple roadblocks. One being Gates that he has to ID. So, we obviously know he's not going to do that. And then a couple of security guards tell him he's not allowed to film. He keeps saying that it's his right, but I think he's a little uneducated and a little ignorant to the actual rules of hospital buildings. So, let's take a look.
Man, you are one pathetic loser.
>> Wow, look at this. This is new.
How you doing?
>> Look at that.
>> He said I can't be in here drinking that.
>> Yeah, [ __ ] You're a grown adult walking around with a beer bottle.
People just assume you're actually drinking beer. No one would ever guess that you're such a pathetic loser that you have to walk around with a non-alcoholic beer to get people to talk to you. Also, I don't like the looks of this sign. You are required bold letter too to present valid ID before proceeding to your destination. So, I guess you're not going anywhere there, frauditor.
>> I'm sorry.
>> Can't drink that inside.
>> Why not?
>> It's a hospital.
>> You can't drink alcohol inside of a hospital. Oh, I don't drink alcohol.
>> You guys don't give you guys don't give away those free book bags no more.
>> Such a loser.
>> What did you just call him?
>> A loser.
>> Damn. Thank you.
>> Yeah.
>> Yes. You can't drink or record.
Now, of course, once he's told he's not allowed to film, he's going to go to one of the restricted hallways and make sure he gets that on film because that's really important.
>> I'm going to actually leave the hospital now.
>> And >> you have a supervisor?
>> I'm actually leave the hospital now.
>> You have a supervisor, >> huh?
>> Can I speak to your supervisor?
>> No problem.
>> Thank you. I appreciate it.
>> Well, like I said, you can't have that.
>> I heard you the first time.
>> You also offended me, too.
>> How did I offend you?
>> You said I was drinking alcohol and I told you I don't drink alcohol. No, cuz I'm drinking it.
>> But I can tell you that I don't drink alcohol. It's non-alcoholic.
>> No problem.
>> You can't record down that door either.
I'm sorry.
>> Huh?
>> You can't record down that door either.
Pass the >> You're mistaken.
>> You're mistaken. Whatever I can see from a public area, I could record.
>> Yeah, >> I can see it. So, I could record it.
>> But you cannot stand by this.
>> I'm not blocking it.
>> I have I have on camera a lady exiting freely. I didn't block her.
>> Yeah. As long as I'm not blocking nobody's egress, I'm not impeding business. I'm just standing here peacefully recording in a public area.
That's it.
>> Butters, I hate you with every inch of my body.
>> God, I swear I don't know why these people are under the delusion that they're in charge of anything. You're in their building, jackass. They tell you where to go. If they tell you you can't stand here, guess what? You don't get to stand there. You don't get to dictate terms in their place of business. You don't work here. You don't get to say what happens here. In fact, you probably don't work anywhere. I'm sure the good people of New York City are subsidizing your shitty lifestyle. So, why don't you shut your mouth, go back outside to the gutter, and hang out with all the other rats?
>> You know how long these gates been here?
>> Me fail English? That's unpossible.
>> These gates are new, right? They've been here since November.
>> Oh, okay. Yeah. Last time I was here, they weren't here.
>> Oh my god. Who the hell cares? I can't, ma'am. I'm sorry.
>> You can't record people about the concerns. That's what I said.
>> Ma'am, I wasn't even recording you until you started talking to me.
>> This is a public hospital, ma'am. I could record.
>> There's nothing wrong with that.
>> I only asked for a supervisor cuz it seemed like things were escalating. So, I don't want things to escalate.
>> Man, good guy activism.
>> That's me.
>> How you doing, brother?
>> I'm grateful. How are you?
>> Good, man. What's going on today? I'm just I'm just peacefully recording. You know how I do.
>> Yeah.
>> I just walk around quietly recording. I I understand.
>> You can't record, bro.
>> I'm sorry.
>> You can't record.
>> I could I could >> It's a public building.
>> Hey, Chucky, though. What's the Is that that has alcohol or is it one of those?
>> I don't drink alcohol.
>> That's one of those alcohol free ones.
>> I mean, you know, you can investigate.
I'm not going to help you.
>> I'm drinking it out in the open. I'm not hiding it. So, >> you um Yeah. I mean, if you don't Are you here to see somebody at all? Are you here to visit? I'm just exercising my rights.
>> No, I got you. I got you. But right now, we can't really have the recording.
>> Why not?
>> Yeah. You know, if you're not here to see anybody, see a patient, >> No, I get it. I get it. But, you know, >> this is all public access.
>> No, no, absolutely. Absolutely. But the thing is, when you come to the hospital, you have to follow.
>> If I want to go, if I want to go past here, >> yeah, >> then I have to show ID.
>> No, absolutely.
>> You got to grant me access. This is a public lobby. I can be here and I can watch you all day through the Right to Record Act. I can watch security guards, peace officers, and police officers.
wrong.
>> Oh, the Right to Record Act. Is that the same act that you think gives you permission to film inside police stations? Because I've seen many, many videos of them throwing your dirt bag ass back out on the street when you try to go in there with your filthy camera.
And hospitals are no different. While public spaces like lobbies, cafeterias may seem less restrictive, hospitals can still ban filming to prevent disruptions. And that's exactly what you're doing. You're making people in this public lobby very upset. Obviously, security has been called multiple times.
We don't know how long you've been there because you have all these suspicious cuts. So, it's time to pack up your circus and get the hell out of there.
>> Listen, trust me.
>> As long as I'm not impeding business.
>> But this is the thing. When you come into the hospital polic When you come to the hospital, you have to follow policies.
>> Thank you. Am I breaking apart? No. And I get it. I get it. I follow the law.
No. No. Hear me out. Hear me out. I get the policy doesn't trump the law. I get it. But still, you know, we have patients and stuff coming in here.
>> I don't understand. What What policy are you referring to?
>> No. No. You can't record in the hospital, per se.
>> You're recording everybody that walks in here.
>> I got you. I got you.
>> I don't know who's a patient, who's a a cop. I don't know anything. I'm just inist of some sort or >> I'm just a American.
>> No, I got a me too, man. Yeah, I try not to answer too many questions because, you know, anything could be used against me in court of law. So, >> I rather just remain silent.
>> What you see is what you get. I'm just peacefully exercising my rights.
>> Listen, I'm all for it. But right now, I've got to ask you to go. Okay.
>> Why?
>> Cuz you can't be in here recording, man.
>> Why not?
>> You can't. It's the It's hospital policy. Okay.
>> No, it's not.
>> So, going to ask her to >> It's hospital policy that you can't exercise your First Amendment, right?
>> Yeah. Yeah. But you >> do you have a lieutenant that I can speak to? Somebody above you.
>> I'm the guy right now.
>> She told you to ask me to leave to trespass me?
>> No, no, no. But I'm the guy. No, I'm not trusting. I'm just asking you to leave.
>> Oh, you're asking me?
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Okay. No, I'm I'll I'll leave when I finish taking pictures.
>> You're ready now, mister.
>> All right. You tried being his friend.
You tried telling him nicely, reasoning with him. Obviously, you're not going to get anywhere. He's still in the middle of playing fraud games. The best thing you can do is tell him if he doesn't leave, you're going to be arrested.
That's it. That's the only way to get these morons away from you. Threaten them with the highest thing you can. It doesn't pay to try to reason with these morons because they don't have rational reasoning skills. He's just here for attention. And if you threaten him with arrest, he's going to leave because he doesn't have enough money to bail himself out of jail.
>> Okay. No, no, no. It's not It's not going to work like that. Come on.
>> Why not? It's not going to work like that.
>> Why are you escalating the situation?
>> No, no, no. I'm not. I'm very peaceful.
My voice isn't allowed.
>> You are. You're escalating. I'm not breaking any laws. You're supposed to enforce laws.
>> No, I got you. I got you. I'm all for I'm all for the content.
>> So, why are you not protecting my rights?
>> I ain't protecting your rights.
>> You're not. You're trying to step on my right.
>> I'm asking you to leave. Can you please leave?
>> Well, I want to file a complaint now.
Okay.
>> Can you get a piece of paper so I can file my complaint?
>> I mean, do you do you need a pen and stuff?
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I I need somebody above you cuz you can't take my complaint right now.
>> You can't take my complaint on you.
>> I'll give you a piece of paper, but outside so I can go. You can't take my complaint on you.
>> Let's go, man.
>> Are you denying me public businesses?
>> Yes, right now.
>> You can't deny me public business.
>> Let's go outside now. Come on.
>> I need to speak to Suba. Somebody above you.
>> A guy right now.
>> This There's always somebody above you.
Either chief of police or somebody.
>> At this time, at this current time, there's nobody else right now.
>> On the on what grounds are you asking me to leave?
>> I'm asking you to leave, sir. Come on.
>> Why?
>> Chucky, let's go, man.
>> You're going to violate my rights, too, >> Chucky. Let's go. Come on.
>> You're going to be >> I'm all for the content. I'm all for the content.
>> It's not about content. It's not about content. It's about your oath that you swore. Wow, you're an idiot.
>> Oh, it's about the officer's o. Oh, okay. It's not about the clicks and views. It's not about the content. Sure.
Why do you have to be a pathetic liar?
Why can't you just tell him, "Hey, look, I'm here for content. I'm going to film some things and then I'm going to leave.
I'll slap it up on my YouTube channel to make a couple of bucks." Why? Because you know how pathetic it is? Do you realize how stupid you sound and how many people make fun of you on a daily basis? Is that why you're not proud of what you do? Absolutely pathetic human being.
>> You swore an oath. And if you break your oath, you know what that is? That's treason.
>> Wrong again, idiot.
>> Chucky, >> you're being a traitor to the United States. If you violate your oath, >> Chucky, don't make it more difficult.
>> So give me give me the phone number so I can file a complaint.
>> I got you. You want the phone number?
>> Yeah, write it down.
>> I got you.
>> No. So you're a police department.
>> No, I got you. I got you. I'll give you anything you need, federal. Let's go outside. I give you.
>> No, I'm conducting business. You can't deny my business, sir.
>> What do you What exactly are you looking for?
>> I'm trying to file a complaint on you for violating my rights.
>> Besides that, before you even wanted to file a complaint on me, what are what business do you have in the hospital right now?
>> Are you kidding? He has no business. He has no place to go. He has no family.
He's got no friends. He's got nothing to do with his life but to bother other people and hold non-alcoholic beers for some reason.
>> Mini business.
>> All right. So, let's >> Do I have to Do I have to tell you my business?
>> Let's talk about it outside. Do I have to tell you my business or >> I'm giving you a verbal warning. Let's go outside. Come on.
>> Let's go outside.
>> You have to give me what I'm asking you for. You're a public servant. I'm asking you to write it down.
>> Talk about it. We're not going to talk about it here. Come on. Let's go outside.
>> If I don't leave, will you arrest me?
>> Chucky. Let's go.
>> For the record. For the judge. If If I don't leave, will you arrest me?
>> Central charge.
>> If I don't leave, will you arrest me?
>> I need to know. For the record, let's go.
>> You don't have a body cam. For the record, if I don't leave, will you arrest me? Yes or no?
>> You're going to be trespassing if you don't want to leave. All right.
>> Will you arrest me if I don't leave? Yes or no?
>> Yes. Yes. Let's go.
>> All right then.
>> You want to give me a lawsuit? Give me the full lawsuit. Say that you want to arrest me.
>> I got you.
>> So, you want to arrest me if I don't leave?
>> I was so frustrated. And I told you he said he's going to address it. And I know >> you can't you can't deny me business. I ask you for something. You got to do your job. I ask you for a phone number.
I ask you to file a complaint. Okay.
>> You deny me my right, my second right to address my government.
>> Don't all Americans have a right to file a complaint on their government?
>> Absolutely.
>> All right. So, why you saying have a good day?
>> I'd like to lodge a complaint.
>> Just want to let you know I take complaints very seriously. Did he hit you?
>> No.
>> Did you cry?
>> No.
>> Did you feel like crying?
>> No.
>> I'm just going to write held back tears.
>> Probably because David, he's done dealing with your stupid ass. He's wasted enough brain power, enough time on your idiocy today, and he hopes that you'll just wander off down the street, going on another fraud adventure, going to find someone else to bother. If you want to file a complaint against him, go ahead. You know where the police station is, [ __ ] You've been there plenty of times. I'm see I'm sure you've seen the inside of the cells. So, go down there and complain that your rights were violated, you jackass.
>> So, you asked me to leave because of my First Amendment right? I need somebody to take my complaint.
You can call this right.
>> No. No. I have a right to file it in person.
>> You don't want this at all.
>> Get your supervisor so I can faint.
>> Guy right now, Chucky.
>> No, there's somebody above you.
>> No. Right. Yes. You're absolutely right.
Above me. Yes. But now at this time and place, I'm the guy right now.
>> I'm the guy in charge right now.
>> So, get a piece of paper or get a complaint form.
>> It's not It's not going to go down.
>> It has to because I have a right to file a complaint in person. In writing.
>> The number.
>> In person. In writing. Yes, sir.
>> I gave you the number.
>> In person. In writing. We're not going to go back and forth already. You >> in person in writing.
>> All right. Have a good day. All right.
>> Sad.
We'll be back. Definitely.
>> Who? The her.
>> You just can't take no for an answer, can you? Frauditor. I wish he would put all of this, you know, energy towards actually being a active member of society. He's in New York City. You could find a job. You could find something to do besides this crap. Hell, you'd probably make more money fishing coins out of the pond. But find a job.
Find a reason for living. This is not a viable solution to all of your problems.
walking around with your cell phone, harassing police officers, and bothering people all while holding a non-alcoholic beer like some immature little loser.
