Life in My 40s | Tummy Tuck Revision, Recovery & Restarting RetatrutideAjouté :
having a procedure today. I'm having a revision on my tummy tuck. Definitely um underestimated what child I get to the stairs. One, two. My legs literally give out on me. I I I fainted.
Cheers.
Literally perfect.
>> It's me in these ponytails all summer long.
See that girl?
>> Welcome back to my channel and welcome to another vlog. I'm Anitra.
Good morning you guys. Happy Thursday.
Um, it is, what's today's date? May 14th. It's actually my nephew's birthday. Happy birthday, Jaylen.
Anyway, we are about to get in this shower. Now, I did shower last night, but I'm about to shower again. And this is why I'm having a procedure today. I'm having a revision on my tummy tuck.
um the bottom portion under my belly button. We are going to get lipo there and some of the skin is going to be removed because I'm not quite tight enough. So, he's going to go in and tighten that up a little bit. It is local. It's in the office. Um it should be take about 2 hours long.
Um, I thought I was going to be able to drive myself because I thought that he was just going to localizely numb me cuz he gave me two different options and I told him I'm going to do that because originally I didn't I have a ride to get to the uh thing. But then I was like, okay, I I found a ride. Anyway, listen.
Okay, I'm over here talking too much.
Pretty much he's going to give me something where it's a narcotic so I can't dry myself but I get myself there.
Okay. So I got to get somebody to get me get me out of here. Anyway, going to wash my body again. My regular routine Dove bar soap. Do y'all know that a regular bar four of these? Four.
Four of this is my tried and true. I ain't never leaving Dove. Although I heard Ivory is getting rid of the rid of these skin issues. So I might try that next. But I love me a Dove original. And then I'mma go in with my This is what we do. We We wash twice with this. We go in with the body wash after. Anyway, I'm wash my body with this. And then I'm going to do my stomach with my Hippoc cleanse. I did. Um they didn't tell me to do this. I'm sure they're going to do whatever they need to do when they get when I get to the surgery center. It's actually the doctor's office, but I'm going to wash my stomach with this cuz I still have this from when I had surgery and I still have a whole bunch. Um, and then I'm gonna put lotion everywhere except my stomach area.
Um, yeah. So, skin care is done.
Ponytail is prepped for me to put my little bun bun back there.
Ponytail's prepped, but I do need to put this on. My hair starts to revert when I'm in the shower. So, let us hold on. Baby girl you What you doing, mommy?
Y'all, Daisy got skin like a cat. Her hair is very textured. Okay, if you do not stay on top of her hair, it matts in certain areas. So, she is not skin, but short. Very short. And then the groomer did her hair and she didn't took the damn thing out already.
She look crazy. I ain't going to show y'all my baby girl so y'all can talk mess about her. We ain't going to do that. I'm going put this scarf on my head.
Plus, I ain't been feeling too hot either.
It's like something going around like feel like I'm getting a cold.
So there. Okay, let me hop in this shower and then we'll get ready for the day.
I'm just going to put something regular on. Nothing too fancy. My ride will be here soon, so I need to get on a good foot.
I'm back home.
It is 6:30. I've been home.
I left at a little bit before like 11 10 20ish 30ish 40ish when got to the doctor's office. Um definitely definitely um underestimated what definitely underestimated what was about to happen. Okay. Anyway, got there. As you can see, I have my faja on. I literally just put this on. They had me in this binder. So, you can see it has This is not blood, y'all. Well, it's blood mixed with fluid because they did have to, you know, when you get lipo, it pushes fluid into you as it's lipoing the fat. Anyway, um, let me sit down.
All right. So, I got to the doctor's office and when I got there, you know, they had me take off all my jewelry. I need to try to put these ones, these piercing ones back in for sure. Nose jewelry gone. I have nothing on. It's in my purse. I'm going to try to do it.
I don't know when. But anyway, listen, child.
Now, the surgery is it's pretty much I had another surgery, outpatient surgery.
I'm sorry. Somebody's texting me.
Okay, sorry.
Um, what was I saying?
Let's get to the surgery cuz all the rest of the stuff don't even matter. So, I should have showed you guys my stomach before, but I was kind of rushing and I totally forgot. So, the bottom half of my stomach, this is my belly button. The bottom half of my stomach was still very pudgy. Um, and I believe I was talking to you guys about it in some blog vlogs ago that you know it takes about What are you eating? Daisy be eating just whatever. Give me this paper towel.
It takes about a year for the swelling to go down. But even with swelling sometimes I would w wake up in the mornings more swollen than you know other mornings. Either way it was very pudgy and it was like skin still there.
So the doctor was like, "Okay, we can lipo and take a little bit of the skin off." Anyway, so he first numbed me with uh I guess local anesthetic because he just like poked me in like four or five spots to numb me, right?
And then he went back into those spots where he nap where he poked me and he put like I want he say he put well he said he put a c a candler candle a tube a tube into those areas to then put more numbing medication. So pretty much my whole entire abdomen is numb at this point or was numb at that point.
Okay. So, he let that sit for a minute and then he went in to do the lipo suction first. He went from hip, he went from over here cuz I was noticing I had a little pudgy areas on the side. So, he went from here to the other side really in the middle right here under my belly button because that's where the most pudge was. But he went all the way up in here, lipo, lipo, lipo, lipoed, lipoed a lot. And my friend, she was in there because she works there. She was like, "He trying to suck you dry." And I'm like, "Please, yes, thank you." But it was just so weird. The sensation is so weird because you don't feel anything, but you feel the tugging. You know how when you have C-section, right? It's not as bad as that. Cuz when you have a C-section, it's like they taking the breath out of you. What you got? This girl's bad. They taking the breath out of you. Like when they pulling the baby out, like you can't breathe cuz they just pulling and tugging. It's not that, but it's the sensation of just like something going under your skin. His hand is here, but you can feel like it going back and forth. And he's just like moving all around. And he's he'll tell he was talking to me the entire time like, "Okay, I'm about to move on to another section." But I had my headphones on at first on both ears. But because he was talking, my friend was talking and we were all talking, so I took one of them off so I could talk and listen to what he was telling me. Um, so during that I was listening to megahertz, like higher frequency sounds because it calms me. Um, but it was just the weirdest sensation. Every once in a while I would feel like a little tinge and he was like, "Okay, I'll put more numbing there." So he was putting more numbing where I was saying it it was just a little tingy or a little spicy.
Um, but he was like, "You're doing really good." So then, you know, he did all the that took about I want to say it was like two and a half hours.
Then after the lipo, he went in and took um skin off at the bottom. My incision I'm going to show you guys probably I don't know when, but the incision initial incision is hip to hip and in the middle, right? So he only did like just think C-section amount at the bottom.
that area right there was like the incision was a little thicker. So he took all of that out and then closed it up. So um they put gauze and he you know sutured me up. He put gauze and put the abdomen binder on me and he was like you're going to leak. just keep gauze on it because you know the fluid is going to come out just like originally because fluid um is he put fluid in you when you're doing a lipo suction and then you just naturally excrete um fluid. So anyway, my friend comes to get me. I'm fine.
Like oh I had to pick up my prescription. He gave me oxy and a it's over there and a and a antibiotic. So, I picked that up. I literally just took it maybe 20, 30 minutes ago, let me tell y'all. So, my friend, we here talking.
She had never been to my apartment, so I was showing her around. We were talking, talking about just everything, girl.
Um, so we walked I was like, "Okay."
She's like, "Okay, I'm about to leave."
So, I was like, "Okay, let me walk Daisy, too." Cuz I haven't walked her since this morning. So, we're walking around talking. Fine. Nothing. She was like, "Okay, well, I'm about to go." And I'm like, "Yeah, because I'm feeling like I was tell I told her I'm feeling pain. But it actually wasn't pain. It was dizziness. Like everything was like and I said, "Okay." So I start to start to walk right and I'm like, "Okay, Nitra, you need to walk a little faster." But I'm right by the stairs to come up to my apartment. So it's not far. Chia. I get to the stairs. One, two. My legs literally give out on me. I I I fainted.
I'm like this on the railing with with with the leash in my hands, leash tied all around my legs. My friend comes over. Thank god she had not gotten her car and left. She was like, "Girl," cuz at first she was like, "Do you need me to walk you up?" I'm like, "No, I'm good."
Fainted right here on the stairs. And so she she walked me up and got me back in the house. Girl, I immediately stripped all of my clothes off. Okay. Other than the binder and laid on the couch. Oh, no, no, no. I stripped all my clothes off cuz I felt like instantly better.
Weird. I've never fainted in my life.
Instantly better. So, I went to the pantry and got some got some Oreos and I got these chips. They way over there. And I was like, "Okay, I need to take my medicine cuz I feel like the numbing is kind of wearing off, too."
So, I took my Oxy and I took the antibiotic and I ate Oreo and some chips. But I'm like, "What in the world?" Like, my mom was like, "I don't think you should have been in the sun with the um you know, the anesthesia and you just had like you doing too much." I'm like, "I had to walk Daisy."
Like, I was just going out to walk her.
I wasn't running. I wasn't even walking fast. We were just walking, you know, and we had actually even stopped and was sitting there and I was kind of leaning on the the light pole to talk to Tadrea. But anyway, so I came in and I noticed that I was laying on the couch for a while, but I noticed that the binder was kind of wet at the bottom where the incision was. So I took the binder off, threw all the gauze away, cleaned myself up. My stomach is flat. Okay, I'm flat.
um because I hadn't looked at it until just now. Um but I was like, "Okay, let me put one of these fajas on." So, I put the faja the bigger faja on that I know that I can get in without a struggle.
This new this other one, child, I got it. So, I got it so tiny. It's so tight.
I knew I'd have been struggling to put that to tighten I mean to put it on. So, I put the faja I found my um ad board.
So, I have my abboard on. I can't find my lipo foams. Now, I'm trying to think, did I throw them away?
I remember where I put them at the old house. I remember that. But I'm trying to think when I was packing. Did I throw them away?
I might have thrown them away.
But I have my abboard in. I have my faja on. Um, and so we're in this. And I did put gauze on my stomach and I put underwear on before that, but I was like, I can't do that binder. Let me actually put this faja on. Now, this is the thing. I work tomorrow.
And my friend was like, how are you going to work?
I have five clients I need to see now. I think I need to call off.
That's gonna I mean I know my health is important. It's number one. You know, I'm number one. I'm like, dang, now I'm g have to reschedu those people. When am I going to fit them into this month? I don't know. I don't know when I'm going to fit these people in.
Gosh. So, I most likely will be calling off. I'm going have to have the office assistant call those people to let them know that I'm going to have to come a different day. Um, that sucks though because I it's the middle of the month. Um, I'm a social worker y'all and I have to see clients and so these cases have to be processed.
I have to see these people and process them by the end of the month. Actually, by a certain date of the month, but by the end of the month, at the end of the day. So, it's going to push me back cuz I was already gone a whole week in May.
But it is what it is because I feel like what if something happens while I'm driving, you know? And at first I was like, I don't know why I couldn't drive cuz I thought I was going to get something by mouth where I was loopy.
But it makes sense cuz what if I was driving myself home child and now I'm scared to drive. So I don't know if I'm going to go to work in the morning. I may not. It's a high chance that I'm not going to go. My mom was like, "I don't need to go." My friends said, "I don't need to go." But when you have a high case load and you have things you need to do, it's like sucks. But, you know, life happens.
Plus, I'm not feeling well anyway. This cold is taking over. So, I took my Oxy.
I'm just chilling at this point. I feel the numbing is kind of wearing off, but yeah, I got a I guess a minor surgery, a revision of my tummy tuck. But he was like, "Oh, you're going to be good now."
I'm like, "Oh, thank God." But Dr. Lee is just so awesome. Like, I can't wait till I get these arms done cuz I'm going back to him cuz I want him to do my arms. So, that's coming. Probably not to next year, though. cuz I got to build my who laugh trying turn trying turn to laugh. I got to build my sick time back um up so I can take the time off. Okay, cuz I know that's going to be worse.
Like how am I going to drive?
So um also the gym cuz I was like when can I go back to the gym? Cuz I haven't been to the I went didn't go to the gym this week. I didn't go to the gym last week of course cuz I was on vacation and now it's another week. That's going to be pretty much like almost 4 weeks off of the gym. Pretty much because the week before I went on vacation, y'all remember I was in my like little gym rut and I was like, "No, I don't think so."
So, most likely I'm not going to go back until the week of Memorial Day or the weekend at least because I didn't realize that this was going to be so strenuous. I thought he was just gonna lipo like right there.
Cut off a little and see you. No. The amount of fat that he lipoed, y'all. He lipoed my entire abdomen from hip to hip. All up in here. He lipoed my entire abdomen.
So, I'm trying to see. He said you can go back on Monday, but just take it easy. But I'm like, I don't know. We'll see. We gonna play it by year. Okay.
Maybe I'll get a whole upper body week, whole upper body pump. I need to get myself back into this gym, y'all. I feel like I'm losing my gains.
So, anyway, I just wanted to come in cuz I know I didn't come back after I took that shower this morning, but it's cuz I was getting dressed and kind of rushing, but is what it is. I took my ponytail off, too. So, I had put that thing on and now it's off. But, I'm about to lay down. I have applesauce. I have no food. That's the thing. I have no food. And the taco man is outside of my apartments. And my friend said asked me did I want to get a taco and I told her no. Now I should have took the dang taco cuz I can't go out there. I'm going have to put the pad down for Daisy girl.
Knowing me, I'll probably attempt to try to take her out one more time before we go to sleep. Sleep. The taco man is out there and I can't even get a taco.
Where is my phone? I need to Okay, y'all. I got out the bed for a minute cuz I did need to eat. Got some taquitos from this place called Roll Them Them Up Taquitos. I'm sorry. I'm smacking.
And it comes with rice and beans. I'm not going to eat all this. I just need a couple of bites. There's the rice.
There's the beans. I'm not eating either one of these at this current moment.
It looks good though. Wow. I kind of want to dip my keto in that.
Hold on. So, I got a soda. This is like pineapple pineapple cream. It's really good.
And then I got two chicken, two beef.
This is beef as you can see. And then I got a potato.
Let's test these beans.
I could feel my eyes getting heavy.
So, I was I'm looking at the the Uber Eats like, "Please lady, please come on." My eyes getting heavy.
Yeah, that's better. She didn't speak English. Her son came with her. He was like, "Can you please give us a good rating? we really need them. I was like, I got you. She said, "Thank you. Thank you." And then she closed the door cuz I had Daisy in one hand because I didn't want her running out cuz if you don't know, Daisy's a nutcase, okay? She's not She will run out and be barking at these people.
Okay.
So on there is guacamole, a sour cream.
Oh, and some hot sauce, salsa, whatever.
Now I don't have to bend over, right? He said I don't have to bend over that much, but I can feel the anesthesia wearing off.
Okay.
So, I'm like this to relieve.
I'm going to lay that right there. I'm going to sleep for a couple hours. I'll be back. Come on, mama. Let's go lay down.
Make sure this door is locked.
The Dais The lady was so nice. I had Daisy. I took all the food. Oop, sorry.
Can she close my door for me?
But I finally have food in me. I don't know if I said earlier, I didn't really eat this morning.
They told me I could eat, but I don't really eat that much, y'all know. So, what I had was my coffee. Of course, we ain't going to go without coffee.
And then I had turkey sausage.
My friend was like, "That's not enough food." I'm like, "I know, but I don't eat that much." So, okay, y'all. Mama, what's wrong? You're not getting a taquito. I fed you.
I love how wrong that was because >> Good morning, y'all.
Happy Friday.
I'm supposed to be at work. You see where I'm at?
I didn't expect my body to be in pain like this. I don't know what I was thinking.
Um, actually, I already scheduled these clients prior to me scheduling this procedure. Like I said, it was scheduled or rescheduled several times. So, I went ahead and called all my clients.
Usually, when you call off, you call off and they deal with it. But I sat there at that desk and I called everybody and just rescheduled them myself, so I didn't want to have to be calling them back. I'm using this turkey sausage.
Um, I didn't want to be calling them back. Plus, um, y'all know I've been dealing with the symptoms for the last couple days.
And I think it's at the end cuz you know when you blow your nose and stuff starts actually being able to come out. That's that's when you're at the end of it. So stuff is actually coming out. Listen, I'm going to blow it out and I'm going to spit it out. I don't want anything to ever stay in. You know how people be sick and they just be sniffling but then suck it back in? No. Get it out of you so you can heal quickly.
Um I'm about to make myself some turkey sausage and a protein coffee.
And then I'm going to take my medicine and lay it down.
I need to wash my water bottle cuz I want to um make myself some water. But I've been sick. So, let's wash this thing off. Um last night was rough. Okay, so I think all of the fluid is out of me at this point. I took my faja off in the middle of the night and put the binder back on.
So, the faja is actually in the wash right now. So, I want to put it back on.
Um, but I have the binder on and the gauze.
So, I got up like a few times in the middle of the night to change the gauze, use the bathroom, and um, you know, change it out cuz I I was wearing a Baja to begin with, but the last the second time I got up, I actually took it off because it was all, you know, fluidy. It was all fluidy. took it off. Um, and put the whatchamacallit back on. The binder that's on. The binder needs to be washed, too. But we're going to do the hot first.
So, um, I was at first like, this oxy don't work. Like, I need the hydrocodone.
Do Do I need something else stronger?
Because I thought Oxy was pretty strong, but I don't know. I've been taking it every four hours. I haven't taken it today, though. I've been taking it every four hours and the antibiotics. So, I think I'm feel trying kind of feeling bad, but I am so like all of this is just so tender.
Just tender tender tender from the lipo and then of course the incision down below. So, okay. Did I wash this? I don't know. But let me wash it again.
I remember that quickly.
It tastes good.
Um, so yeah, I feel like I just went in and got How did the light How do the lipo 360 girls do it? Ooh, I know you be snatched after, but how how how I feel like I am actually in more pain than I was with the tummy tuck. But maybe not because I don't have muscle repair. That muscle repair is something totally different. Then I don't have to like bend over. I've been bending over slightly. He said bend over slightly, but you don't have to be like bent over like you were before. Um, but If this hurt, I know that mean that makes me feel like did he really do a lot of lipo? I I only had light lipo to the flanks.
I don't know if he really had I don't know. Did he lipo?
He had to have, but I don't think it was as aggressive as what happened yesterday.
I don't think it was as aggressive as what happened yesterday. I told you you're my friend said, "Oh, he's trying to suck you dry."
Thank you, Dr. Lee. I appreciate you, but God, y'all lipo. It It ain't no joke. It ain't no joke. Y'all that have had lipo lipo, how you feel?
And And now I get it. He was like, "Are do you still keep in touch?" He asked me, "Do I still keep in touch with the person that did my massages?" And I said, "No, but I can reach out to her, no problem." He said, "I I suggest you go get massages." And I'm thinking it's because you know that fibrosis people be is it called fibrosis when people be having them lumps and stuff in their stomachs after they get lipo? I think that's why we going to do my our own. Now, now listen, I probably will reach cuz he's the person I go to, she lives in Victorville. I need to put my earrings in today. I hope my ear didn't close.
Anyway, um the person that I was going to lives in Victorville, which is like 45 minutes to an hour away. It's up the hill.
Um so he was like he knows somebody that's close to me. So he sent me her information yesterday. So, I'm going to call her. But how do they massage you when you are in pain like this? Jesus, the offense?
How How do they do it? How they massage you when you're in pain like this?
Child, I'm about to make my protein coffee. Let me show y'all what I've been doing. I think I showed this before, but let's put this camera right on down right here. Okay, here we go. This is what I've been doing. Let me get a paper towel. Okay, so I have been using my blonde espresso, right? This stuff so dang good. I just bought a new one yesterday.
Listen, when they asked me did I eat it, I made sure I got my coffee. Okay. And I didn't even have protein coffee yesterday. So, we got one.
We got two.
Boom.
We're going to put two tablespoons of this brown sugar. I promise you. This is This is where it's at, y'all. This. Okay.
I'm put one.
I'm put two.
Okay. Brown sugar looks so weird when it starts separating like it's moving. Let me get some water.
Let me hurry on. I'm starting I need to I need to sit down. Okay. Water a little bit.
Daisy, did you eat your breakfast? Eat your breakfast, girl. Eat your breakfast cuz you be doing everything else but eating and then be looking around later on when it look old. Eat that. Okay. So, I take my matcha whisk just so I can get it mixed up good enough because I don't have a frother. Actually, I need to buy a new frother since mine is I broke mine.
Okay, here we go. Just want to get it in there.
Incorporate real good.
If you have a frother, froth it. I mean, I'm sure you can use a fork for this, but I've been using this. Okay, there.
And there we go. There is your espresso.
I'm going to take the Nuri. I do need to go get some more of these. This is my last one.
Put it in half.
Now, this is my coffee creamer.
This is half and half.
Um, a tad bit of almond extract, like a teensy. The Trader Joe's vanilla uh paste. Is it called paste? Vanilla paste. and uh sweet and condensed milk. So, I just put a tad of it in there.
That and then that look like it's Make sure that's This stuff will stain, child. That's why I put that on there like that. Okay, I'm go for I need to go get some more of this and the other one. I have like maybe one.
Let's see what I got.
Oh, it's nothing left. Okay, so I need to look at I like sweet coffees. If you don't know, now you know. Going to put a little bit of that.
So, I'mma hit it with this uh Oatley Barista edition on top of it. Who's this texting?
There. That's it.
Look so pretty and dark. Oh, good girl.
You ate your food. So, let's taste.
Cheers.
Literally perfect.
Literally perfect.
Oh, I love coffee so much. Okay, you guys. I'mma show you what I'm looking like. I just took the thing off and the gauze to see what I'm looking like. Hold on. Let me see if I can.
So, I remember when I was doing these tummy tug vlogs, YouTube was like, "You're showing nudity."
And it really wasn't no nudity. I'm like, "Was there a n slip or something?"
And it really wasn't. I don't know. But I'm going try to show you as much as I can because um the scar is or the incision is low. And you know, my cat's right there. My friend was like, "Friend, your She was like, "Friend, your cat is sitting at attention now."
Stupid.
Let me see. So, yeah, I'm very swollen, but I'm flat, girl. I'm flat. Let me see.
I can show yall in the mirror. That's probably going to be better. Let's turn on the light. It's gloomy outside today.
Yeah, cuz ain't no sunlight at all.
Okay, excuse the background because Daisy takes everything. You see, she takes everything and I got my little kitten right here because I took them off the other day and then put them in a box cuz the girl will tear up some stuff.
Sorry. The scar is down going up in here. Actually, it's longer than what I thought. I thought it was just this, but he went from here to here, which is cool. Um, my tummy tuck scar went from it's really like you don't even see a scar anymore. He went in here to lipo and he went in here to lipo and then there's two here as well. So when he lipo he did all of this this. He went back here cuz I had like some little, you know, fat pockets over here. But I'm going to compress that and it's going to come in. Oo, look at my waist. Um, and then he did a lot right here cuz this is where majority of the fat was. You can tell now, if you remember, it was like pudging out.
And it's flatter now. Of course, it's swollen, so it's going to get flatter.
But yeah, that's where I am so tender, y'all. I'm so tender. I look crazy. I look like that bird that be having their hair like this. Um, I was looking to see when I can shower, and I'm thinking I could shower now, but because I've been up for so long walking around, I just probably should take my medicine, go to sleep, then when I wake up, shower. I think that's the plan.
I put some arnica on my stomach yesterday as well. Thank God I still have a lot of stuff from when I had surgery. I've been using these gaues. I have my arnica. I have all kinds of stuff. I still got this. I still got that. That feel a little tingy. That feel a little tingy. Okay, let me sit my butt down. I have wound care spray. Um I have I still have a whole bunch of stuff. So, I'm not going to put any arnica on right now. I want to put arnica on when I um after I shower. I'm just glad that there's no more fluid coming out of me cuz it it was a lot yesterday. Yuck. I'm putting the um gauze along the parts along the bottom portion of the um stomach. I'll show you. I'm excited to get my I want to get my arms done tomorrow. Okay, cuz I'm tired of waving and they waving too. Listen, and ain't no work going to like no workout's going to get this done cuz my tricep is there, but it's the skin, honey.
It's the skin. There's the bicep. You can't even see the tricep because all of this skin, but due time it'll come. Let me show you what I got going on. Looks crazy, but it is what it is. I'm going to put that on and then we're going to put this on. Excuse the fluid.
Excuse the fluid. Okay, so this is a Marina.
It's on here. It's a Marina recovery belt. They gave it to me yesterday at the um office.
So, I put it on. It's loose. And then I tighten it.
Nitra, be careful. Oh, I'm so tender, y'all. I'm so tender.
I'm still trying to figure out how the lipo 360 girls is doing it, child. If you've had lipo 360, comment down below. Tell me how you did it, baby. Okay. How long did it take you to for the soreness to go away? And how are you doing your massages being in pain like that? But I know you had to take medicine before. So if that's the case, that means I can't drive myself. I got to have somebody drive me to my dang on um trying to get it as low as possible on my hips.
Tender.
But I'm so glad I'm not in. Last night was rough. Very rough. Very, very rough.
Okay, let's try to get it tight on here.
Oh, okay. I'm going to go up and type the top one cuz I'm trying to be snatched, baby. Okay. I said, "Thank you, Dr. Lee.
Listen, I can be in Vegas next month at that pool with my drink in my hand."
Okay. It's what it is.
Got it on.
I'm going to um as tight as it's going to get as tight as I need it to get when the faja is out the dryer. That's what I'm going to do.
After I shower, I'll put the faja back on and then we'll be constricted again. Hey baby girl, look at this girl's hair. I can't take it. Look at her hair. Mama girl, mama girl, what were you eating?
What were you eating? again. Looking crazy as hell.
And then I'm going to put my um ab board back on as well when um when I put the faja back on. But for now, we're just going to do this. So, like I told you guys, I am taking Oxy and Move Daisy. And this is called Seph Seph Sephillexin.
What is this? The generic for you know how it'll have the name and then it be like generic for? I guess this is not the generic version then. Sephillexin, which is a um antibiotic.
So yeah, I'm taking this for 5 days and I'm taking this as needed. Okay. So, usually I don't take all of my um codones or narcotics throughout the surgeries. All of my surgeries, my hyerectomy, my Oh, sorry. I My hysterctomy, I didn't take them all. My VSSG, I didn't take them all. Um, and then the tummy tuck. I took I actually took them all. But y'all, I took them I took I took the rest of them what, two weeks ago when my mouth hurting. So, but I don't usually don't take them all. So, I have a good amount in here though. This is 20 pills.
Anyway, I think I should be good with the pain by tomorrow cuz what you want, mommy? What you want?
Say hi to the people. Girl, come here.
Come here. Say hi your people. Yeah, mama girl.
Y'all, she was literally Daisy usually sleeps at the foot of the bed. Yes, Daisy sleeps in the bed.
Side note, this is the thing. They are not on earth that long. They're not here that long. Let them let them um you know, let them not do what they want.
But anyway, yes, she sleeps in the bed.
Anyway, she sleeps at the foot of the bed usually. Y'all, Daisy literally was like next to me, like right here, curled up last night. I think she knows that like I was in pain or something because she was literally right next to me. You was next to your mama and my baby girl.
Stay next to my mama. Huh?
Look at her. Look at this ponytail.
And I look crazy as hell. Okay y'all, let me let me take this medicine and then um I'mma take a nap and I'll be back. You on um was it Instagram? And then the man said, "Do you um if people saw you, do you think that they would say you're um straight or gay?" And then they were like, I'm straight. So I think they would think I'm straight. Or some people would be like, I don't know. So then the next guy, do you think this guy is gay or straight? He's gay. Next guy, he's gay. Everybody, everybody thought the next guy was gay. So somebody in the comments was like, "This just tells you guys just waiting on opportunity to call the next guy gay. She was from the UK."
>> That's crazy.
>> So >> they don't know. They don't. I'm like, "Ma'am, I I I don't know what to do."
>> What is their What is their main source of protein out there? Don't they just eat slop and uh peas with with uh fish and chips?
>> I don't know.
>> Our food is not It's not real. It's not real food cuz we're one we're overpop populated. So, they don't have they don't have enough food to feed everybody like real stuff. So, >> all our food is fake.
>> Yeah.
process. I mean, it hurts. So sore.
>> So now I got to wait a couple of weeks before I go to the gym again. I'm like, man. But I'm I'm not going to complain because I needed to get this revised because he wasn't happy with it. And I was okay, you know, but cuz it looked better than what it what it did before, but he was like, "No, I'm not happy with that. We got to get that fixed."
So So listen y'all, I was in that other room cleaning it because Daisy, this is crooked. Hold on.
There we go. Okay, so I was in the other room cleaning uh the hair all up because Daisy has my hair literally all over the place. So I was cleaning it up. Then I came across this.
This is a drawring.
Remember I was like, I've never worn a drawstring ponytail in my life. I don't I don't know how to do this. So it was all matted up, ratted. It was literally a rat's nest.
Um so I combed it out. I brushed it out.
And now I washed it, but I'm like, did you ever I don't I I can't remember wearing this.
And then I was sitting there thinking like, when did you buy this? It had to been some years ago.
Look at this. This is kinky curly.
Although I do like the ponytail that I have now. Okay, this when it dries it is you can tell right now this is kinky curly. This is this is kinky curly.
Okay, this is the one I just bought. I think this is a 22 in. This is supposedly kinky curly now. Although it looks good as it get older. It's fine. This is the part I take around. But you can just tell just you can just tell just based off of comparison that this is true kinky curly. This is a this is a tight curly.
I'm not going to say it's a kinky.
So now I got two lengths. It's me in these ponytails all summer long. But you know I change my change my mind a lot.
But I was like let me comb this and wash it. So I just washed it. This one's newly washed. So, I don't need to wash this one again. But look, it got two ponytails. This one actually looks fuller, too. And I was sitting here thinking like, where did you buy this ponytail? I think I got this ponytail off Amazon. But when I say it's been years, it's been years. Like, maybe 2016, 2017. That's how long. cuz I was just like, but I don't think I ever wore this ponytail. I think I tried and I didn't like it and I was like, I didn't like it. But now that I think I know what I'm doing, I can just finagle it. But I got another I got another drawstring. So, thank you, Daisy, for pulling all the hair out. Okay, thank you for pulling all the hair out. But I got me another drawring. I'm about to put this right here. Anyway, I was been putting my earrings back in. That's conditioner. I cannot get these two newer ones in.
So, that tells me I'm going to leave it alone.
What I'm going to do is I'mma I'm reierce them. I'm going to have to cuz I can't get them in. I got these two in.
These are old so I can put something in those real quick. But these two these two up here, I can't get them in no matter what. I don't know if it's cuz it's closed or if it's because of my fingernails, but Oh, and I can't get my nose ring in. But I know that's not closed. I just got to finagle it. But I don't know. I can't even get the little stabby earring in there. So, I've been messing around with that for some time and I give up. So, I'll get back to it sometime next week. But I just want to show y'all that I got me a true kinky curly ponytail. And I didn't even I truly forgot about this thing.
And I don't I honestly believe I don't think I've ever worn this ponytail. Like I don't believe I've ever worn this ponytail. But it was ratted. It was literally a rat's nest cuz I think I just stuffed it in a drawer and got me another pony.
Finally. Y'all saw I did my um I did my lymphatic massage on myself. So I was doing that when I went on my son. He was like, "Oh my god, you're even smaller now." I'm like, I know that's crazy.
Hey y'all, happy Saturday. We are going to be doing some reconstitutioning here because I am going to be doing my reetta today. I haven't done reetta in two weeks. The first week I was on vacation and then this last one I just didn't do it because I had this upcoming situation. So now that we are over both of them, we're going to do rea. Now my last vial has nothing left in it. It only had 1 ml left in there. So what we're going to do is reconstitute the next vial I have. This is five uh milligrams. And this is the back water.
Now, I do have a back water in the refrigerator, but from what I from what I understand, it's only good for 6 weeks, and the back water's been it's over 6 weeks old. So, going to use a new back water. Anyway, let me get some alcohol wipe this syringe. I have two types of syringes. I have the 5 ml.5 ml syringe.
This is the one I usually pin myself with. Um, you can also pin yourself with these. the the the needle is still the same, but the the mlcc's on this one is different. This is a 1 ml um syringe.
So, I'm going to use this one for the back water cuz I'm going to take all of the 100 units. See how it goes from 1 to 100.
I'm going to take all of 100 and put it in. I'm going to take 100 of this and put it into this. Okay. So, we're going to take the cap off of here.
I hope y'all can see me. Hold on.
Okay, y'all can see me. Anyway, you're going to take the cap off of this.
Pop it off.
God, don't.
Okay, pop that off.
Next, even though it's brand new, I'm going to clean it with the alcohol.
Right. Then we're going to take the new rea and it has a cap on it as well.
We're going to pop that off too.
We're going to clean that off too.
Okay. Then I'm going to take the syringe, the 100 unit syringe. Remember what I was telling you? Draw up the air.
Push it in. So we're going to draw up 100 units.
Going to take it off.
We're going to put it in this circle. So it's a circle right there. The very middle circle. Going to put the needle in that circle.
Push the air in.
Draw up your 100.
Okay.
We got 100 in there. 100 units. Okay.
You're then going to put it in here.
You're going to tilt it. Okay? When you put it in, you're going to tilt it.
You're going to go slow. Don't just push it in. Go very slow into that same circle.
Okay?
And you're going to go slow, slow, and controlled.
You have your right.
You're going to slowly go back and forth in your hands to guess shake it up. You don't want to shake it.
Go slow in your hands.
Now, today I'm going to pin myself two milligrams.
Okay.
So, let me take this needle and straight out just a Okay, it's me looking like my grandma right now. You know how they be when you get older, you can't see. You be doing all this kind of stuff so you can get your readers.
So, you can get your readers on there.
That's what it's for. Okay, that's two.
Boom.
Okay.
So, I'm going to throw this one around away. I don't need this one anymore.
And here is the rest of the rea.
Okay.
I think I showed y'all the last time.
So, I'm going to put it in my leg and then we're going to go about our business. But here is my two mls. Let's just pray my stomach's not like messed up cuz I ain't did it in two weeks. But there's two.
Okay, I'll be back.
