Mental health diagnoses and anxiety are not permanent parts of one's identity but rather temporary responses to past experiences and genetic composition, which means individuals can work toward improving their symptoms rather than accepting victimhood as a fixed state.

👀🤭 i refuse to silence myself for the sake of societal pressures & cancel culture when the truth of radical responsibility simply offers a drama free lens of what genuine role we play in the suffering we experience
This is going to be a controversial take. I'm almost a little bit scared to say it, but [ __ ] it. I am so tired of people feeling like the anxiety they are experiencing and the mental health diagnoses that they are given is a part of who they are forever. And it is really this excuse or even like this reasoning to stay in this victimhood consciousness that we are trapped in as a society. And when you understand that your body is simply reacting and adapting to the experiences that you had when you were younger, and also the genetic kind of composition that you were provided when you were born, it creates a lot less of a narrative that I'm stuck like this forever and that there are actually ways to improve and help your day-to-day symptoms, if not completely get them
