Retatrutide and Tesamorelin the Combined Playbook - Dr Trevor BachmeyerIndexado:
Tesamorelin and Retatrutide - Why Night Dosing Works so Well and the 3-Lever Fat Loss/Muscle Stack In this episode I break down why combining tesamorelin with retatrutide is so effective, and I debunk the Instagram myth that taking tesamorelin at night while on retatrutide blunts growth hormone release. I explain the three key “levers” behind the stack, so the protocol can actually work. 00:00 Myth Busting Setup 01:01 Why Crosstalk Matters 02:12 No Bro Science Rant 05:02 Three Levers Framework 05:53 Lever One Fat Mobilization 08:52 Lever Two Build Muscle 12:46 Lever Three Recovery Timing 14:24 Night Tesamorelin Synergy 16:26 Debunk Food In Stomach Claim 21:15 Stomach Pump Pancreas Switch 22:03 Supplements And Nutrient Quality 23:07 Work With Me And Scam Warnings 24:52 Black Card Access 25:36 Who Really Heals 26:35 Nutrition Factory Stops 26:49 Magnesium Powers ATP 28:19 Zinc Copper Balance 30:05 Methylated B Vitamins 31:26 Selenium Iodine Thyroid 33:29 Vitamin D3 With K2 35:20 Cortisol Kills Gains 36:21 Morning Sunlight Reset 39:06 Phosphatidylserine Timing 41:42 Ashwagandha Cycling Rules 42:40 Lifestyle Stress Audit 44:15 Operate Your Biology 45:59 Discipline Amplifier Wrap 46:57 Hormonal Literacy Finale Never Miss Dr Trevor Bachmeyer The Spartan BLACK CARD MEMBERSHIP (work with Dr Trevor Bachmeyer) Email apply@unlockthecard.com GET EVERYTHING HERE (ELITEBIOGENIX) https://elitebiogenix.com/
So listen, this is explaining to Samarellin and Reddit trutide combined and why it's so effective and debunking and destroying the weird insta myth that's going around right now where if you take tamarellin at night while you're on Reddit true tide it blunts the GH release that doesn't even make sense biologically like when you endocrinology 101 that does not make sense and I'll explain it all and I'll explain what's missing and I'll explain how to solve the problem and even what to do and how to do it all. So most people and really most people and thanks for being here by the way. I never say that and I should because if you're giving me the time out of your day to listen to my podcast, thank you very much. I genuinely appreciate it. And for all of you guys that are helping me grow and reach more people, thank you. And for everybody that's stealing my stuff and using it to market their own stuff, you're a dick and you've got no ethics. But anyway, karma's a [ __ ] I just know that. So anyway, most people, listen, mo most people are running around trying to optimize a system that they don't really understand. They're taking supplements that they can't pronounce and they're doing workouts that contradict their physiology and wondering why they look the same after 6 months of grinding.
Right? So, here's what is going to separate you from them. Understanding cross talk. And I don't mean just, and I won't get really fancy, but I don't mean just understanding individual hormones, not just single mechanisms. A conversation between your gut, your pancreas, your pituitary, your mitochondria. I got it. Pardon me. I got I'm trying to swallow that coffee. get stuck in my in my esophagus. Almost said trachea. I'd be at the hospital if that was the case. But I'm going to kind of pull back the curtain on a very simple two compound but really sophisticated metabolic stack. It's very effective and it's tamaril and a red truth tide. And this isn't any bro science. I don't care if you don't want to use my stuff don't.
If you want to use my stuff, do it. I'm not telling everybody else they're wrong. I'm not that's weird. You guys going out there and going this guy's wrong. He what a scumbag. He's a scam artist. She's a scam artist. I don't want to give What is wrong with you guys? Just so you know, this is totally unrelated. The more you lift people up, the more people lift you up. So, if you want to run around being a toddler and making videos about why you shouldn't listen to somebody, why you shouldn't pay attention to somebody, why they're always wrong, why they're fat, they're skinny, they're rich, they're and how you hate it, or why their information is garbage, and you should never listen to anything they say. What do you care?
What do you care? What if everything we know and understand about biochemistry and biology is totally wrong and there's just a little magician inside me with a magic wand that's making things happen and we don't even know that really. Who cares? Then everything everybody knows is wrong and everybody will come out with their own little theories and lies and BS, but I am out here for free because I genuinely care. And it gets a little exhausting when people go, "Don't listen to this guy. He's scumbag scam artist. I don't care if you buy from me.
He doesn't know anything or he knows everything." I don't know. I come out here for free because I care. I come out here for free because I want you to have everything that you can make an educated decision and do what you want with it.
Use my information. Don't use my information. But for the love of God, grow up. Grow up. This isn't I don't come out here with any insta bro science. It's just real biochemistry and real studies and physiology and real results. I am 53 and I look amazing. I function amazing. I have an incredible wife and great kids and we make a an insanely large amount of money. We're blessed by God to have that. And these are all things that we have developed on our own through a lot of grinding. Nobody's ever handed us anything. I didn't I rolled out of a hospital missing a lung almost 5 years ago at 150 plus pounds in a wheelchair. I Everything we have done, my wife and I have done has been through sheer grit and work and paying attention to people doing it better than us and listening to them. That's it. So that's what I come out here and I do. I've been in healthcare and I've been a doctor for a long almost 30 years and I've seen a lot of people. I've helped a lot of patients. Just to be clear, I'm going to put my testimonials from people in my black card, little snippets of them up on my Instagram in a little highlight area so you can see exactly how exceptional I am at my job. I'm not going to put up anything about engineering or being a NASCAR driver or a a land attorney cuz I don't know anything about that. But I know biology and I know how to be a doctor better than anybody else. So when people get mad and go, "You're ridiculous fees and you're a crazy price." don't buy it. You probably think buying a Lamborghini for a million dollars is ridiculous, too.
But some people buy one a week because they're like, "I don't know. I just want another one." So what? What do you care?
Let people live their life. Let them choose what they want to do. And if you don't like it, shut up and move on. If you don't like me, shut up and move on.
Grow up. But this is Listen, this is how you I could do this all day because sometimes I just these it gets under my skin. But I want you to become the person that you're trying to look like.
How about that? Is that fair? Healthy, though. Your labs are great. Your system's great. But I need you to think about your body different than you have before, ever. Completely differently.
Your body isn't some monolith. It's not one big vat of chemical slloshing around hoping something works. It's this very compartmentalized factory with distinct production lines and quality control checkpoints and feedback loops that make pretty much the most sophisticated manufacturing system look like a child's Lego set and a garbage one at that mustache hair is getting long. And here's the thing that separates the people who work out from the people who actually optimize. They understand how to pull the right levers in the right sequence and get the right results. So, I will teach you. There's only three simple levers that you need. They're not mine. They're biology. It's not my magic secret formula. It's free. So if it's secret, I'm giving it to you. And they'll show you how to use two very simple compounds, Rea and Tessa, and just pull everything at the same time.
So let me ask you something like how do you lose fat? Right? That's you need the fat mobilization engine in your system.
Most people are going to say if you ask somebody how to lose fat, they're going to say the same thing. Cardio, caloric deficit, run more, move more, eat less, right? The standard thing. But that's not wrong. It's just inefficient. It's like trying to pull water out of a well using a spoon instead of a bucket. So your body stores energy as something called triglycerides. Triglycerides are three fatty acid chains anchored to a glycerol back. Okay, locked inside your atiposytesytes, your fat cells. To use that energy, you have to break those chains. You have to mobilize fat. And this process is called lipolysis. Now there are two ways to approach this.
There's a passive approach where you create a caloric deficit in your body through thermodynamic necessity eventually mobilizes the fat and this takes weeks and months and maybe years and the whole time your metabolism is giving you the finger and fighting you the whole time. It's like sisphus pushing that stone lowering your energy expenditure to preserve energy. It's how you are designed by God. And then there's the active approach. You chemically force the fat out of the dang cell. That's glucagon right there. So glucagon is the counterregulatory hormone to insulin. So when insulin is high, glucagon is low. When insulin is low, glucagon is high. Insulin says store because that's what it is. It's a storage hormone, right? Insulin says store energy. Glucagon says mobilize and release energy. So when glucagon binds to its receptor on the atypusite, it activates an enzyme called HSL, hormone sensitive lipase. HSL is the molecular scissors that cleaves the fatty acids off the off the triglyceride storage tanks and forces the fat into your bloodstream. So here's where rea comes into the machine. Rea we and I'll go over it again even though most people every instab bro with GPT knows this. So it's a triple agonist. It activates three separate receptors, right? The GLP1, GIP, and glucagon which So if you look at if you look at GLP1 real quick improves insulin sensitivity and slows gastric emptying and enhances satiety, right? tells you that you're full. GIP improves insulin secretion and sensitivity. Now, glucagon directly activates lipolysis. This is important to remember. Here's what makes this genius. Red or true doesn't just hit the glucagon receptor once. Oh, no. No. It continuously agonizes it. Tap tap.
You're creating this state of chronic controlled fat mobilization. You're emptying the shelves before the store even opens. And the research backs this up. Look at the surount the trial surount one, right? 2022 in the New England Journal of Medicine. They showed this patients using reta achieved sustained weight loss with preferential fat loss over lean mass. 21.7 body weight 21.7% body weight reduction in 48 weeks. So you might go that's a really long time. It took you 22 years of incredibly terrible decisions to go get to where you are. I think less than a year is a pretty pretty easy trade-off.
But here's the critical finding that most people miss. The preferential fat loss was maintained even during periods of caloric restriction. So what that means is that preferential metabolic partitioning towards atapost tissue metabolism happened rather than muscle catabolism. That's lever one. So you're now you've now forced the fat out of the cell. Okay. Lever two, right? Program two is how now you have to build muscle because the holy grail is stripping fat and building muscle at the same time.
It's almost it's enigma, right? It's this paradox which is what reaellin create. I'll explain it. So now you got fatty acids. They're floating around in your bloodstream. But let me tell you something that hits a little different.
You don't want to be skinny looking like a bag of water or melted candle. You want to be muscular, look like a superhero. There's a difference. One is aesthetics and the other is structural integrity. So muscle tissue is metabolically very expensive. It costs your body calories just to exist, which is why it's what your body strips away in a perceived famine because it goes, "This is costing me. I need to get rid of some of these bills so I can save some of this money." The money is ATP.
That's the currency. So it's the primary tissue that buffers muscle that buffers metabolic dysfunction. Insulin resistant build muscle and muscle tissue becomes this glucose. What do I call it? A sink.
It pulls glucose out of the bloodstream.
High blood pressure. Muscle tissue regulates vasoddilation. Chronic inflammation. Muscle tissue is the primary source of myioines which are anti-inflammatory signaling molecules.
So there's your second program you're running, your second lever that you're pulling. So how do you build muscle while you're burning fat? Right? That's the lever. That's what you have to look at. And this is where most people 99% they they fail. They think it's impossible. You can't be in a caloric deficit and build muscle at the same time, right? Unless you're taking some kind of anabolic and even then, right?
But that's not true. You can, but only if you understand growth hormone properly. So tamarellin is a growth hormone releasing hormone analog. Right?
When you injected subq, it travels through the bloodstream, crosses bloodb brain barrier, it hits the anterior pituitary, specifically something called the smatotroes. These cells have receptors for GHR. When tamarillin binds, you get this pulse of endogenous self-created growth hormone. And here's the physiology that most people and most of the pe instax say miss. Growth hormone itself mildly lipolytic. But the real magic is the IGF-1. The IGF-1 access is where all the cool stuff happens. When GH reaches the liver, hpatocytes respond by synthesizing and then secretreting insulin like growth factor one or IGF-1. IGF-1 is the ultimate anabolic signal. It binds to IGF-1 receptors on your skeletal muscle cells, triggers something called the mTor pathway. It's the biological switch that says build. Right? So, we can Sorry, I had this tooth pull. This is bugging me right now. So, IGF-1 activates something called the P13 KKT pathway, which phosphorase and de deactivates GSK3 beta. It's a protein that usually inhibits protein synthesis.
So, now you've taken away the break, right? Your muscle cells are primed to accept amino acids and assemble them into contractile proteins, right? But here's where the synergy is awesome. So, you're running red, which is keeping your insulin levels nice and low and nice and stable. Insulin is the anti-growth hormone. That's the problem.
It's the anti- catabolic signal that tells your body we're fed, we're good, stop breaking things down. So, when you have low insulin and high growth hormone and IGF-1 at the same time, you've created this metabolic paradox. It's what I was saying. You're getting the lipolytic signal of a fasted state, high glucagon, low insulin combined with the anabolic signal of a fed state, high growth hormone and IGF-1. Okay, so this is what did I call it? It's the chalice.
It's the holy grail. This is the shred while building muscle, right? And the research unequivocal 2016 journal of clinical endocrinology metabolism they showed growth hormone replacement in GH deficient patients increased lean body mass and decreased fat mass even in caloric deficit because GH directly inhibits lipoprotein lipes the enzyme that stores fat while at the same time activating HSL hormone sensitive lipase the enzyme that mobilizes fat right and even more GH stimulates the IGF-1 axis which preserves and builds muscle tissue during periods of energy restriction. So now you've hit the second lever, right?
You've created this anabolic environment. So there's one more and this is the one that a lot of people screw this up. So they get this spectacularly wrong. They think recovery means not lifting. Recovery is a physiological state. It is a specific cascade of hormones at a specific time of day working in a specific sequence.
Did I say specific enough? Your cortisol has this natural rhythm. It's called the circadian cortisol pattern. And it's supposed to peak in the morning around 8 6 or 8 and then tank at night. Usually around midnight it's rock bottom. This is how God designed you. High cortisol in the morning says time to hunt, time to be alert, time to go do your thing.
Low cortisol at night says time to rest, time to repair. Let's put the system back together so you can do it all again tomorrow. Most high performers demolish like completely demolish this rhythm so bad. You wake up and you immediately slam this stuff, caffeine. You stare at this blue light screen. You check your email. Your cortisol should have spiked naturally at 7:00 a.m., but instead it's being dragged through the day until it's still cranked up at 10:00, 11 at night.
Now, when you sleep with high cortisol, yeah, something crappy happens. Yep, you're right. I just swished coffee around my mouth. So, cortisol triggers a release of something called somatoin.
Smatostatin is the off switch for growth hormone. You see where I'm going with this? It's the anti- signal. When somatin is high, growth hormone pulses are blunted. They're muted. So if you take your tamarellin at night, but before you guys go, I told you you can't take it at night. This has nothing to do with reatrite. I'll get to that in a minute. If you take tamarillin at night, but your cortisol is elevated. I want you to understand your own damn biology so you can do something with it. You're literally blocking your own injection, you're paying for the tamarillin and getting maybe 40% at best of the effect because your own biology is sabotaging the signal. But, and this is really important, when you time your tamarellin injection to coincide with your natural GH pulse, which happens during deep sleep and you've managed your cortisol like a big boy, something different happens entirely. So, your body's largest GH pulse of the day happens during what's called slowwave sleep.
Specifically, during the early stages of your sleep cycle, about 30 to 60 minutes after you fall asleep. This isn't an accident. This is how God built you.
Your body wants to build tissue at night. It's when the danger I guess theoretically some of you guys is at the at its lowest. The metabolic resources are allocated to repair instead of run around either clubbing things or running away from things trying to club or eat you. So by injecting to Samarland before bed you are you're piggybacking on this natural rhythm. You're not fighting your own biology. You're actually amplifying it. Oh this is going to get wicked. And now watch this. Because of redatride which has been me this is listen this is so badass because it has been metering your dinner into your bloodstream over six to eight hours because of it slowed gastric emptying your insulin levels are at their lowest point of the day you've removed the metabolic break and cleared the hormonal noise. That's why it's important you can't listen gastric emptying and glucose and insulin spikes aren't the same. Right? The physi physiological presence of food in your stomach has nothing to do with growth hormone. Nothing. It's the carbs that do that. It's the insulin spike that does that. So look, so now you have low insulin thanks to redatrite's glucose management system, low cortisol thanks to proper circadian alignment and high growth hormone and IGF-1 thanks to tamarellin and natural sleep rhythm.
Your body has no choice but to repair all the micro tears in your muscles and oxidize the fatty acids mobilized by your glucagon agonism. You pull all you pulled all three levers. So here, let me go through this. Let I need you to sound or you need you to pay attention to this because it contradicts the current internet narrative. It's just physiology though. It's not controversial. And that's the problem. Every oh listen to this guy. Listen, I understand biology and I'm giving it to you. Like you guys would have to pay a4 million dollars to go to college to learn this stuff. The concern and I've heard this from sort of bang my head into the mic. Dozens if not hundreds of high performing individuals that read a truth tide. I see it online lately. Slows gastric emptying.
Therefore, if you inject your tamarill in at night while food is in your stomach, the injection will be muted and blunted because of the presence of the food. Okay, this is a complete misunderstanding of how hormonal signaling works. So, let me break down why this concern is backwards and people are suffering from partial knowledge syndrome. So, you are confusing two completely different physiological processes. Process one, let's go through them so you can understand. Process one, mechanical digestion. So, this is how fast moves from your stomach into your small intestine. This is determined by gastric motility, paristalsis, sphincter relaxation, nutrient composition, a bunch of things. Process two, hormonal signaling. This is how hormones travel through your bloodstream and bind to receptors on target cells. This is independent of what's happening in your GI tract. Independent. Reddit tide slows process one. It does not touch process two. So here's the mechanism. This is where tamarillin actually works. So when you take to samrollin I have to I'm going to go over this on repeat the peptide is absorbed subq it enters the systemic crosses the bloodb brain barrier remember what I said pituitary gland smatroes binds to gh receptors and here's what is important to understand because it makes me laugh cuz there's so much nonsense out there it makes me crazy the presence of food in your stomach plays zero role in this entire process nothing. The only thing that could theoretically interfere is if the food caused this massive spike in blood glucose and insulin, but that's not because of the food in the stomach.
That's because of the hormonal response to the food. So, here's the distinction you guys need to make. Glucose and insulin spikes versus physiological presence of food. So, it gets a little nuanced, but and people miss it. So, watch. You eat a high carb meal right before a tamarillin injection. High carbs like just a bag of Oreos or something. Your carbohydrates are rapidly absorbed because you haven't taken red or true tide to slow absorption. Blood glucose spikes. Your pancreas responds by just dumping insulin. Insulin levels rise. Elevated insulin does two things. Stimulates the statin release from delta cells. It directly antagonizes GH secretin through a bunch of pathways. But the presence of elevated insulin, not the food, inhibits the GH pulse. like 2003 published in the journal of clinical endocrinology metabolism they showed that acute hyperinsulinemia which is elevated blood insulin suppresses GH secretion by about 50% independent of glucose levels okay so scenario two remember I said insulin not glucose pay attention so scenario two you eat a meal while on redatruide and then inject a samurai this is some David Copperfield magic here we go if you don't know who that is you're too young to listen to my podcast reatride slows gastric emptying which means the carbohydrates are absorbed gradually over 6 to 8 hours instead of all at once. Glucose enters your bloodstream in a very controlled manner like a slow IV drip instead of a bolus injection.
Remember what I talked about with nicotine the other day where I was like that's the problem is this giant bololis and they know it. Your pancreas doesn't see a glucose spike. It sees a glucose trickle. Insulin levels they stay low and stable throughout the whole night.
So when you inject to samurellin you're not fighting against elevated insulin.
you're injecting into an environment where insulin is actually at its lowest point of the day. The presence of undigested food in your stomach doesn't inhibit GH. It doesn't. The hormonal response to the food could, but redatruide has actually eliminated most of that response too. You're not worse off. You're better. Look at let's go right into the the pituitary stimulation argument. So, here's the final piece of this entire beautiful little puzzle.
Tamarellin is a GHR analog, right? And I'll do it again. It stimulates the smatotrose in the pituitary. It's not relying on nutrient absorption. It's not relying on endocrine system, endocrine signals from your GI tract. It's a direct stimulus to a specific cell type.
Now, compare this to growth hormone secrets that rely on ghrein signaling.
Different like MK67, which does depend on an empty stomach to maximize grein levels to samurillan doesn't have this dependency before you ask the questions. And here's why nighttime is superior. It's just it just is. Your body's circadian rhythm expects an anabolic stimulus at night. Your GH releasing hormone neurons fire their natural pulses during what did I call it? Slowwave sleep. Your IGF-1 receptors are primed and ready. Baby, your muscle protein synthesis machinery is ready to do its job. So by injecting at night, you're not fighting your digestion.
You're levering your leveraging your body. The biology's own natural growth phase. So even if there was food in your stomach, which there are you getting this? Which there shouldn't be if you're managing your macros correctly. By the way, the timing of the injection still aligns with your body's natural recovery window. So the stomach is a pump. This is the bottom line, right? The stomach is a pump. The pancreas is the switch.
You're confusing the plumbing with the electrical system. So the stomach, like I said, it pumps nutrients around. Red tide slows the pump. This is good. It prevents nutrient floods. That tsunami I was talking about. The pancreas is the switch. It controls whether insulin is high or low. Red tide manages the switch. It keeps insulin low. Tamarellin doesn't care about the pump. It talks directly to the electrical system, not the plumbing. So, as long as you're not slamming massive amounts of simple carbohydrates right before your injection, which you shouldn't be doing anyway, because that's common sense, the delayed gastric emptying is an irrelevant factor for tamar's pharmarmacology. So, you got to stop staring at your digestion and start trusting the hormones that you are designed to function with. The stack works because you understand the cross talk, not because you're trying to outthink your stomach. So, listen, here's a principle. I got to touch on this before I go inside that people who take supplements from people who actually optimize because you can have the best this is important to understand. You can have the best hormones in the world. You can have the GH pulse of a 20-year-old and you're 70.
You can have perfectly managed insulin, perfectly tuned cortisol, and perfectly sequenced workouts and everything is just impeccable. If your internal nutrient environment is trash, you are running a Lamborghini. You're running my 911 Turbo S in a tarpit. You're not going anywhere. you when you implement reatrite and tamerin at the same time you're not just optimizing your biology though that's you have to get this you're accelerating you're increasing your metabolic turnover burning through nutrient reserves at a rate that your standard multivitamin god if you're taking something gay like sententrum or whatever nonsense like nature's bounty or whatever it is you guys take that just shouldn't be people ask me all the time what ones do I trust okay thorn orthomolelecular professional complimentary health formulas I used to Say one more. I'm not going to. Those three right there. Thorn Orthomolecular Professional Complimentary Health Formulas. That's it. That's it. And just to be really clear, so people go, "How do I work with you? I really need your help." Okay, I'm going to help you.
Okay, first of all, I own a company called Elite Biogenics. I don't care if you buy from me or not. I couldn't care less. If you want to, that's where all the research products come from that you were talking about. Rea, Tessamaril, and all that stuff. Thank you for supporting my company. But if you don't, that's okay. I still show up here every day.
I'm not sending out ads and jockeying for a position in research company of the year. I don't care. I make everything synthesized in my lab is epic that I would give to my wife and children and people that I love and care about and even people I don't cuz I care about your health, which is valid because I'm going to tell you right now, I'm the only one. I don't care what someone says. I'm the only one. My my wife and I are the only people. This is the company we built and I need you to understand that. And so if you want, great. If you don't, okay, great. And it's with an X, by the way, not a C. And there's tons of people out there faking all kinds of things. They're selling all kinds of random stuff. I do not send emails. I do not have drrevorbacher@gmail.com.
That is not me. I do not ask people for donations or gift cards or any other BS on Facebook. Ever. Ever. Ever. I will never ask you for money. That should be a giant red flag. The only time Oh, let me back up. I'll ask you for money if you send me an order that says I want this. Okay. Give me the money to pay for it. It's that simple. And if you want to work with me, no, I don't get on the phone for an hour to discuss your peptide plan. I have the black card program. It is one year for one person, higher transfer only. $12,997.
I don't gatekeep any prices or nothing.
I don't go bait and switch. That's what it is. You will send Mia, my personal, she's my exec assistant, my personal assistant. She's my right hand in all of this. An email at And if you send her anything else asking for stuff, it just gets deleted. So, you can try, but if you're not getting an answer, don't be mad. I'm saying it right now. If you send anything other than a request to join the black card or ask for information about the black card to join, she's going to delete it. I'm just telling you right now, she's going to delete it. Okay? It's apply unlockthecard.com.
Send her an email, say, "I want to join." The black card is access to my live Q&A call I do every Monday. It's access to the protocol library, the VIP community where you actually I use mighty networks and I answer all your questions and check your labs and solve all your problems. the number of video testimonials, not some weird I wrote it myself in my house and tried to post it and pawn it off of someone else [ __ ] that people are doing. I have so many video testimonials of people that have had life-changing experiences because they listened. It's not me. They did the work. I just told them what to do, but they did the work. I have to be very clear that no doctor anywhere any time has ever cured anybody of anything. It makes me crazy when doctors are all arrogant about how they've done all this epic stuff to cure people. You haven't cured anybody. Biology did the work. You just got the stuff out of the way and that's what I do. I'm very good at it.
So, if you want and it's one year and no, it's not for your dog or your uncle or your family. It's for one person. If you want two people, you're going to pay twice because nobody goes to a restaurant and gets two meals and only pays for one. So, you don't go to the doctor and bring your whole family and not pay for your whole family. I you don't go to a car dealer and buy two cars, only pay for one. That's not how this works. And I'm very transparent about that cuz it's weird when people go, "Can't I just ask my question about my neighbor?" No, you can, but I'm probably just not going to answer it. I give so much away for free. I don't have a problem asking for a real price. And this price is going up at the end of the month to $14,997.
Just telling you it's not to make you buy. It's not to create scarcity. I'm just telling you I know what the worth is and I know how important health is and I know who I want in my black card.
It's just that simple. Anyway, there's my pitch because I wanted you to understand it. But when you don't have your nutrition handled, the factory stops, right? Your biology stops. It's important to understand that. And not slowly, it stops. And I'll even give you the hit list. You don't even need me.
You can run this entire thing if you listen to this podcast. I don't know how many minutes I'm in. Probably about 25 30 minutes in. So number one, there's a magnesium problem. That's a very some very sobering statistics you need to hear. 60% of the general population is deficient in magnesium in high performance athletes on metabolically demanding stacks. The number approaches more like 90% because magnesium is the most nutrient-dense requirement of the entire anabolic cascade. So every single anabolic process requires this stuff called adenazine triphosphate, ATP. What do I call it? Cellular money currency.
Here's what people don't understand. ATP is useless without magnesium. Useless.
So it doesn't matter what it is. But when you're on Reddit true tide tamarillin, this stack, this is why it's important. Your tamarillin is triggering massive protein synthesis. Your protein synthesis machinery requires this stuff I just said ATP. ATP requires what is this thing I just said? Magnesium. If you're magnesium deficient, the signal reaches the cell. No problem. It comes to the cell. The machinery starts to engage and then nothing. The factory grinds to a halt. Magnesium is essential for the function of ribosomal assembly, tRNA binding, the elongation factors.
You want to know exactly what it is that actually build the peptide chains.
Without it, your IGF-1 signal is it's pretty much hitting a dead end. You just have to understand that. So that's number one. 400 500, you can go 600, but 4 500 magnesium glycinate or 3 and8 every day. Take it before bed. Don't buy magnesium oxide. By the way, you guys do that all the time. It's a laxative, not a nutrient. It doesn't absorb properly and it'll give you some spectacular diarrhea. That's it. And if you want to split the dose, right? Zinc copper. This is important. This is a zinc copper ratio. Huge. Cuz it's the anabolic anchor for your entire system. This one's a it's a little more nuanced. And a lot of people don't do this. Even the dietitians are like, "Wait, what?" So, this is where most supplement protocols fail. Zinc is the anabolic mineral period required for testosterone synthesis, growth hormone receptor sensitivity, protein synthesis, right?
Zinc finger proteins regulate translation, DNA repair, cell division.
So when you're training hard and metabolizing rapidly, zinc depletion happens super fast. High-intensity exercise increases urinary zinc excretion. The reddatride induced metabolic acceleration increases how fast you torch zinc. Here's the trap, though. Most protocols supplement zinc without considering copper. I see it all the time, even from people that are just highly educated, know what they're talking about. I see it almost every day. So if you take zinc without monitoring copper you create a copper deficiency and copper deficiency is a disaster because mitochondrial dysfunction cytochrome C oxidase requires copper so there's a problem anemia copper is required for iron metabolism connective tissue breakdown right lysol oxidase requires copper right neurological degradation so dopamine and serotonin synthesis require this thing called copper you trade one deficiency for a catastrophe so watch here we go we don't even need to get into GHKC See you can but it's a little bit of a more nuanced approach. So 30 millig of zinc picolinate 2 millig of copper but it's got to be copper gluconate. So keep the ratio just tight at 15 to1 zinc to copper. If you deviate you are inducing an antagonistic mineral imbalance and you create this I could get into this. It just becomes take it with food. Zinc on an empty stomach causes nausea. It it bugs my stomach. So I always have to take it with food. So it's really important to understand this. Anything over that 15 to1 you create all kinds of other issues. So don't but that's not that hard to solve.
Right? There's a vitamin B issue. So, you're in a highly anabolic state.
You're churning through protein. You know what protein metabolism requires? B vitamins like nothing else, gangster.
B6, B9, B12. We can get into methylation reactions and transamination and all this stuff. Nucleotide synthesis. I It doesn't really matter. Just trust me.
It's not a trust me bro. It's trust me doc. If you're deficient in B vitamins, especially while on this stack, you will develop elevated homoyine. I promise you will. You will. And nobody looks at this stuff, which is why I tell people if I'm going to give you labs to look at the damn labs. It causes oxidative stress, so it negates the anti-inflammatory benefits of your damn stack. It damages your arteries, which increases cardiovascular risk. Remember, foam cells creating velcro on the inside of your vessels. All kinds of stuff like that. Impairs methylation reaction, so it slows down the protein synthesis and DNA repair that you're supposed to have.
So high quality methylated B complex just bypass it all and get a methylated B complex a peroxidal 5 phosphate not the cheaper peroxidine hydrochloride that's so that's your B6 right methylolate B9 not folic acid and B12 is methylcobalamin it's just because cyanocobalamin needs this extra conversion step and yes it matters don't play these guessing games just buy the ones that are methylated it's just easier thorn just go to thorn or orthomolelecular or professional complimentary I get no money from them nothing they don't even know I exist one dose per a with breakfast. That's it.
Look at selenium and iodine. So, this is actually an interesting one. Selenium and iodine have an access. It's like the thyroid armor that you need. And most protocols completely miss this. In fact, I have yet to see one do it other than mine. So, your thyroid produces T4, thyroxine, which is the inactive form of thyroid hormone. Your body has to convert T4 to your body has to convert T4 to your body has to cut three, the active form in peripheral tissues, mostly in the liver and the kidneys.
Selenium is the primary co-actor that enables this entire conversion specifically selenoprotein which contains selenium it's required for the deionase enzymes to function right so redatruide doesn't directly impact thyroid function but here's the issue if your thyroid is tired and sluggish even subclinical like these ratios on these labs that I'm seeing from people that the reference ranges are disgusting they're wrong but if there if it's sluggish your metabolic rate is going to tank it's 100% guarantee you're going to be taking all these powerful compounds, managing your hormones, training hard, eating right, and wondering why you're not seeing a damn physique change because your T3 is low when you're selenium deficient. It's easy and people laugh when I say this. Brazil nuts. If you I don't know, it just made me think of a movie. It's called The Rundown with with my friend Dwayne Johnson the Rock.
And it's actually pretty wild. Him and what is it? Sean William Scott Stifler from American Pie. And I remember him standing there, this is totally useless piece of this podcast, by the way.
You're going to be like, "This is so dumb. I really don't care." But he's, you know, these nuts, these Brazil nuts, he's they go for, I forget what he says, 10 bucks a pound where I'm from. And she goes, "Those fell off the tree in the back." And we're in Brazil, so we just call them nuts. And I think it's just I don't know. To me, it was funny. You guys might be like, "And I don't care.
It's my show. I got the mic." No, Brazil nuts are the most bioavailable source of selenium. That's where I was going.
Three at the most per day give you about 200 micrograms of selenium. Not that hard. If you want to take it, take 200 micrograms daily. That's it. It's just selenomine. All right. Selenium L selenomathione. That's the most absorbable form. So just don't go over 400 because guess what happens? Too much of a good thing. It gets toxic at high doses. D3 and K2. Oh, this thing's like a gatekeeper for your life. And D3 isn't a vitamin. It's a steroid hormone precursor. So the active form of D3 is arguably the most critical hormone for any high performance human because it regulates watch hormone system tolerance. It reduces autoimmunity, insulin secretion and sensitivity, growth hormone secretion, gene expression. D3 acts as a transcription factor for about 10% of your genome. So without D3, your immune system's compromised. Without immune tolerance, adequate immune tolerance, you develop systemic inflammation, which antagonizes both fat loss and muscle gain. Okay, this is important though because everybody takes this and goes, "What about the K2 thing?" All right, I get it. K2 is the control system for calcium deposition. So, when you have high D3, which increases calcium absorption in the gut, you need K2 to tell that calcium to go to your bones and teeth, not to your arteries. So, your growth hormone, follow me, okay? Growth hormone increases calcium mobilization from the bones. So if you're D3 replete but K2 deficient, that calcium ends up in your vascule. Now we've got arterial calcification and increases cardiovascular risk. Don't screw with this. 5,000 IU of D3 every day and 100 to 200 micrograms of K2 as MK7. By the way, that's important. You have to test.
I'm going to tell you right now, you have to test. Get your serum D levels tested. Okay? Treat yourself like an athlete at all times. Okay? Always. My buddy Jud Leanhard talks about this and he's spot on. Okay, treat yourself like an athlete because you are 60 to 80 is where you want to have. That's the sweet spot. That's the Goldilocks realm for your D3. If you're not testing, you're guessing and guessing with steroid hormones is how you end up hypercalcemic or amunosuppressed. Don't be ignorant.
Please don't. I'm trying to help you.
Okay. So, there's one last piece I think I should touch on because I mentioned it earlier and I think I should just do it.
It's the cortisol issue. Oh, this is going to feel counterintuitive because it contradicts everything you've been taught about pushing harder, right? So, if your cortisol is chronically elevated, no amount of tassamin is going to save you. None. Cortisol is the it's the emergency break hormone. It's the chemical signal that says we are under siege. Shut it all down. So, when your when biology believes it's under siege, it makes this very calculated decision.
It says growth is a luxury. Survival is a priority. Shut it all down. It shuts down the GH pulse. It promotes insulin resistance. So, it redirects glucose to the brain for emergency response to keep you firing. It breaks down muscle tissue for fuel, suppresses immune tolerance and causes systemic inflammation. All of these are very bad. Okay, so look, 2017 study psychonuroendocrinology, they show that chronic cortisol elevation suppressed IGF-1 levels by 35%, blended GH secretary repulses by 40% independent, listen to this, independent of nutrition or training stimulus.
That's the problem. You're literally fighting your own biology. So cortisol, here's the good news. It it cortisol has specific leverage points and I will show you exactly how to pull them. And there's a couple. So let's just go through them all real quick. There's a morning reset. I love this cuz it's so freakish. It's so freaking It's so faking effective. Cortisol has this natural undulating rhythm, right? It's not random. It follows your circadian clock, which is real. Cortisol is supposed to peak, what did I say, between 6:00 and 8, usually around 8 prepares for the day. Decline happens throughout the day and bottoms around midnight, which is where now you start settling into growth and repair. People like me, honestly, high performers destroy this rhythm within the first hour of waking up. It's ridiculous. And I'm very guilty of it. We wake up and we grab the most crazy coffee we can and we stare at blue screens and telling the brain that it's still daytime and hammer our inbox and answer people and engage and produce and run companies and it just engages the stress response. And the result is the cortisol spike doesn't happen till 7 a.m. It gets dragged up throughout the day and by the time I go to bed or you guys go to bed, the cortisol is still elevated. You sleep poorly. You don't enter deep sleep. You don't secrete GH. That's a big deal. So fix number one is easy. Sunlight within 15 minutes of getting up. Get direct sun in your eyes, in your face. Not a reflection. Not sitting out there looking out a window unless that window has the sun in it. Direct sunlight on your retina.
Okay? Cuz here's why I have to say that.
I got sunlight. I just I just I I sat there with my arm in the sun. How come that didn't work? Cuz it's not on your retinas. Light exposure sets your circadian clock. It tells your brain the day has started. triggers a cortical rise that naturally comes back down by evening. It allows your adenazine to clear naturally. So adenazine is this byproduct of ATP metabolism, right?
Accumulates in your brain throughout the day. It's when adenazine reaches this critical threshold, it triggers sleep.
It's called sleep pressure. And we can get into how caffeine blocks adenazine receptors, but it doesn't clear adenazine. It just makes you feel unable to feel the adenazine buildup. I don't care about drinking coffee, but if you're struggling to sleep and you wake up and you drink coffee immediately, you bypass your body's natural adenazine clearing mechanisms. You just do. I have nothing against coffee. I freaking love coffee. So, your circadian clock though gets confused. So, if you're struggling to sleep, you need to kill it to let your system do what it needs to do. Your cortisol pre your cortisol pattern becomes very disregulated. Just look at wake up naturally or use some dawn stimulating alarm if you need to, whatever. Get 15, 20 minutes of direct sunlight in your retinas. Wait 80 to 90 minutes before slamming caffeine. Allow that's all I'm saying. Just allow your adenazine to clear naturally. Drink your coffee 80 to 90 minutes after you wake up. That's all I'm That's all you have to do if you're struggling. That right alone that simple shift resets cortisol rhythm. Your morning peak becomes very distinct, very natural and your evening becomes more pronounced. Right? So by the time you inject your tamarellin at night, your cortisol is at its lowest point or close to of the day. Right? So now you have a chemical issue. So phosphatyl serereine and ashwagandha. So this is a buffer that'll help you if you're really struggling. So you've watch you've reset your circadian rhythm, but your high performer running a stack. You're still dealing with metabolic stress training stress and most likely mental professional stress and who knows what else is going on. You need a chemical buffer. Phosphatidyl serereine. This stuff is gangster.
Phospatidyl serereine is a phospholipid.
It's this component of cell membranes, but it's a biochemical stop signal for the stress response. It's very effective. So your adrenal glands release cortisol in response to ACT, adreninocorticotropic hormone from your pituitary. Phospatidyl serereine inhibits the release of ACT. So by blocking ACT, what you do is you end up truncating the cortisol surge. You don't eliminate cortisol. You just stop it from running across the prairies completely wild. And there's a critical window. I need you to understand where this matters most. And most people screw this up. Post-workout. Yeah, everybody hears this right now. They're like, "What?" Watch. Post-workout. This is such a hack. I don't gatekeep, but sometimes I think about the things I understand about biology and how well it works, and I am a walking talking example of it. Just don't want to tell people because they find ways to just screw it up. So, post-workout, when you finish training, your cortisol spikes.
This is physiologically necessary.
Cortisol helps mobilize fuel so you can do the thing you're doing, which is moving the weight. But the moment the training session ends, your goal switches from catabolism to anabolism.
You need to stop the cortisol signal immediately. So if your cortisol stays spiked post-workout, your liver now converts amino acids into glucose, gluconneioenesis instead of into muscle fibers. So you are literally breaking down the protein you just ingested for fuel instead of building muscle.
500 mg phospatidyl serereine post-workout and you chemically what did I say? Truncate the cortisol surge. You force your system into repair mode immediately and the second time is pre-bed. Oh, high I talked about this just a minute ago. High nighttime cortisol keeps you out of slowwave sleep, which is when 70% of your growth hormone is released. High nighttime cortisol also triggers some statatin which blocks what did I say? Growth hormone. 600 mg phospatidyl serereine right before bed and you are removing the primary hormone that competes with your tamarellin. You're clearing the ecosystem, right? You're taking the snowblower and clearing off the driveway in the winter. So look at this 2016 study sports medicine showed sports medicine journal right showed phospatilerine supplementation 600 milligs a day reduced cortisol elevation post-training by 32% preserved post-training protein synthesis by 28% and improved sleep quality by 35% in trained athletes next ashwagandha people hear this and specifically KSM66 you need to understand this these actually matter ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that modulates the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis the entire stress response system is the way you need to think about it. Specifically, KSM66.
It's a standard extract that's set to contain 5%. Okay, that's important.
Reduces cortisol by 30%, improves DHEA cortisol ratio, and reduces stress by 40%. Here's a here's a big problem.
Everybody's I'm going to take this forever. Do not run this indefinitely.
Cycle it. Don't run this every day for life. 5 days on, 2 days off, unless otherwise specified by me. Your body will adapt to anything if you run it constantly. So by cycling you maintain the sensitivity. This is look 2019 randomized control trial journal of Ayurveda and integrative medicine showed that KSM6600 milligrams a day for 8 weeks reduced cortisol by 27% improved sleep quality and mood scores by 35%. This is huge.
This is huge. So look, here's a final leverage point I think you need to understand. If you're running the redatruide and the tamerin and you're slamming pre-workout and you're pounding coffee all day and you're skipping sleep, you are the source of the cortisol. It's all you, baby. The stack isn't the problem. The cumulative sympathetic load is the problem. So, let me give let me leave you with some questions before I go inside, hang out with my Are you sleeping enough every night? I don't have a magic number. 7 8 hours would be good if you need it, but without this nothing works. But whatever your sleep number is, whatever you need, are you getting that every night? Are you consuming more than 400 to 600 milligrams of caffeine every single day?
It's pushing your sympathetic load. Are you training with insane intensity, more than 5, six days a week? Because most people are doing it, but they're not doing it correctly. I train every day and I train like a beast every day, but I also manage it because I don't do dumb things. So, this is accumulating training stress. And are you managing mental and professional stress? Are you just literally hanging on to the bar and just white knuckling your way through your life? If the answer is no, you need to address the baseline stress first because that's causing all your problems. You can't out inject a bad lifestyle hygiene. Okay? So look, if your stack, I'll help you. If your stack is causing insomnia, cut the tamarellin and cut it in half or cut it out. Reduce overall stimulant intake. Add 300 milligs of magnesium 3inate right before bed. Read up on Navy Seal box breathing.
The stack is a force multiplier, but it's not magic. I use the copper field reference, but only for one thing. It doesn't override the laws of biology and physiology. It's super important. That's why I'm telling you, if you are sleep deprived or have unmanaged stress, you're screwed. So, listen, let me bring this back to the beginning because I don't know how long I've been on here, but it's long enough. It's more than just tamarillan and red truth tide. You think this is all about just peptides and agonists and fancy biochemistry and that's been the play on social media and YouTube and everything. Even the news, everybody's yapping about peptides, but they're not looking at the biology behind it and how things work. What I want you to learn from this, at least and everything else that I give you, is it's something far more profound. It's how to operate your own damn biology.
Most people are passengers in their own bodies. They eat, they train, and they hope, right, cross their fingers that something changes. And when it doesn't, which it won't because they don't understand the system, they blame genetics, luck, or metabolism or whoever they're talking to because they're listening to the wrong people. You need to listen to the right doctor. Yeah, I will say me because I am the right one.
I like I said, I don't care if you buy anything from me. I care that you listen to me and actually do something with it and go out and become a useful biological human. Right? Some people just have fast metabolisms. They say, right? Oh, I have bad genetics. Everyone in my family is overweight. Wrong.
Wrong. That is so dead wrong. You don't have bad genetics. You have a bad understanding and bad habits. Because once you understand cross talk, once you understand that your gut talks to your pancreas, which talks to your liver, which talks to your pituitary, which talks to your muscles, you realize you're not hoping, you're directing, good or bad. You're not working out.
You're executing a precise protocol based on decades of endocrine research that's valid from peer-reviewed research studies. You're not eating less. What you're doing is you're managing nutrient partitioning. So your body has no choice but to burn the just torch it off and build a bunch of just slabs of muscle.
And you're not taking supplements.
You're establishing the biochemical foundation so your hormones, your system can actually work. That's the difference. You understand that, right?
That's the difference. So here's what makes this so powerful. It's not a replacement for discipline. It's an amplifier of discipline. If you're lazy, this stack will make me a slightly less lazy version of lazy. If you're disciplined, if you're training hard, eating right, sleeping right, managing your damn stress, the stack turns you into a different species. Reddit true tide forces your body into a state of chronic fat mobilization and metabolic partitioning. Right? The samurelin forces your pituitary to just crank out growth hormone at the exact moment your body is primed to receive it. Do something with it. The nutrients establish the biochemical foundation so those hormones can actually accomplish their mission. Circadian alignment and cortisol management ensures that you're not fighting with yourself and together only together you create the state that most people will never achieve and never experience. It's a body that like a biology that is simultaneously burning fat and building muscle and recovering properly, sleeping and thinking clearly and feeling alive because they are with an immune system that functions perfectly all at the same time. Not because of genetics or luck because you actually understand the biological system. Listen, here's the final thing I want you to understand. Okay? This knowledge doesn't expire. It doesn't become outdated because human beings haven't changed. The biology hasn't changed. Your endocrine system works the same way it worked in like 1972.
and 1845 and 2026, it's going to work the same way in 2030. The mechanisms are real and these research the or the results are reproducible every time.
Listen, this isn't this I didn't give you a shortcut today. It's not some hack. It's literacy. I hope you understand. It's lit. It's hormonal literacy, biochemical literacy. The ability to read your own system and crank it up and optimize it accordingly.
Just take it and use it. become a person who just doesn't just work out and goes I wander around the gym bumping into machines putting my white mocha on stuff but someone who operates their own biology with just like surgical like elite level precision and that's not arrogance that's just biology because I I think once you understand this everything changes which is why I keep giving you this I want you to win take everything that I'm giving you and just go use it for your biology anyway I hope you got something out of this I got to go never S.
