And other places that we go in Arizona that our people used to go and they used to sit and pray for days, you know, without food, without water and they would just sit and pray and you know the songs would come to them and that's how we got our songs and they were given to us that way. They talk about the land, they talk about the water, rocks, birds, hence the name, you know, bird singing. Some songs are used for social gatherings where everybody can dance. Come and dance. If you know non-natives were to, you know, come and see that, you know, they can come and join and dance because it's meant for, you know, healing. It's meant for protection. It's meant to make you feel good in your heart, your spirit to feel good. That's what these songs are about. It's to help you help others.
