[00:00:00]Stockdale, y'all have been hiding this from me, bro? Y'all literally have a restaurant in there that sells burgers and pork? Nah, get out of there. Let's go. Guys, we're actually inside of this store and it's actually really old country store. I can tell you right now that not a lot of people actually sit and eat here. This is the Mojo pulled pork sandwich.

[00:00:31]Like he put a whole bunch of pork on there. Look at this, dude. It's a solid pulled pork, if I know it.

[00:00:40]This thing is absolutely I'm trying not to eat it too much cuz this is actually Veronica's and that is mine. So, yeah, it's actually done pretty good. She's about not to get this sandwich back. This is the Frito fries.

[00:01:01]It's more of a Cajun style and it kind of it kind of sits really really good on your mouth.

[00:01:06]But be aware, this has a lot of flavor and that sandwich has a lot of flavor as well.

[00:01:12]This is the soda burger. This thing is massively huge. I do want to admit, I did take a bite out of it because I was a little hungry. And I want to say, this thing is is super big that it's falling apart. It looks like it is a smash burger. I I don't know if this is the one with the brisket. I think that might be it, but I could be wrong. I do know that the bread is soaking up a lot of the juice.

[00:01:47]Very very hot. Now, if you're ever in Stockdale, Texas, the Brahma Express is actually what the location is. I do want to admit, watching this guy work his magic in the back area folding these sandwiches, getting them ready, getting to talk to them. They're very nice place, very nice people.
