[00:00:03]I haven't had much to say about much really.

[00:00:08]It particularly the political stuff because what what's becoming more and more evident or should becoming more and more evident to people is that it was never a political issue in this country.

[00:00:25]Right?

[00:00:26]Because what you're seeing is Irish people devouring each other.

[00:00:33]Irish people who on a good day would agree with 99% of things.

[00:00:41]But as soon as you agitate one of their rigid core beliefs and their beliefs all of a sudden they'll turn on you and Irish people are cutting themselves to pieces. Cutting each other to pieces, sorry.

[00:00:58]And I hope that this shows that it's not about whether you agree with a socialist perspective of government or whether you are a traditionalist in some regard or whether you are a libertarian in some regard or whether you are a conservative of some flavor or a republican of some flavor, right?

[00:01:29]That's not the issue.

[00:01:32]Because you have you have conservatives in Ireland republicans, nationalists, whatever you label you want to put on it, right?

[00:01:41]And they've been correctly so pointing out the issues that are that are impacting on every Irish person in this country or most Irish people at least in this country.

[00:01:55]And they've been doing a great job of it, right?

[00:01:58]But, when it comes to solutions, that's when Irish people fall off, right? A lot of them, because you have some Irish people and they're going to try and act in a way that garners support. And the latest example, and I don't even want to get into examples because you just start the whole thing off again, right? So, I just keep it generally.

[00:02:22]You have Irish people who are seeking some form of uh camaraderie or some form of alliance with other people for the sake of furthering the road, furthering themselves on the road of achieving their end game, right?

[00:02:37]And because some people don't agree with a part of it, they're completely writing off and destroying these people, which makes people a little bit more gun-shy of actually voicing their opinions, right? So, it has a chilling effect on people offering up their perspectives on things.

[00:02:56]Where have we heard that before?

[00:02:58]Right? So, what you're seeing is the people from on the surface of it, antagonistic worldviews or political philosophies, but the way they're conducting themselves interpersonally, morally, and psychologically, right?

[00:03:21]They're the exact same.

[00:03:23]They're the exact same. You What you're ending up having is a cult-like thinking, right? Where there's a case where I I orient myself around this prescribed set of beliefs.

[00:03:39]And anybody who disagrees with that, or triggers one of these values or beliefs or one of these taboos, right?

[00:03:47]One of these blasphemy categories that I have, because all belief systems have that in potential, right? And it's not so much the belief system in and of itself. Right, it might be baked into the belief system, of course.

[00:03:59]So, if if you're not a devout this, then you are an apostate or you are a heretic or whatever, right? It need not be a religious thing.

[00:04:08]It can be a philosophical thing as well or a political thing. Whereas, if you don't agree or you don't align with X, therefore, I disregard you as a human being and chastise you in public and destroy and destroy your reputation, okay? Even though on the face of it, you'd probably agree these people are probably agree with each other. So, it's not so much the the politics or the political perspective that is the issue.

[00:04:32]Not at all. And I hope people are kind of getting wise to this and and and getting smartened up to this.

[00:04:38]It is a psychological problem.

[00:04:41]It is a psychological problem. People are so enraptured in whatever belief system they adhere to that they will not permit anybody from veering outside of that.

[00:04:53]That's a moral problem and it is a it's a psychological problem. And it is a psychological type that is inherently weak, right? And weak because it cannot allow for anything that seems to deviate from the principles that make them feel secure and safe and make them feel like they have a place in some camp, right?

[00:05:15]So, and people can dress this up whatever they want. They can they can adorn this with the history of fallen Irish people all they want.

[00:05:24]I'm not buying it anymore, right? It doesn't mean I'm disregarding or I'm disrespecting any Irish history, absolutely not. It means that I'm firmly grounded realistically in the present with an eye towards the future and a heart linked to the past, right? And I'm looking at where we need to go and the things we need to do and the type of people, the type of moral fabric and fiber that people need to have to achieve anything. And it's certainly not by denigrating or chastising any other people because they don't align 100% with your perspective. Right?

[00:05:56]That is the psychology of a frail human being. Because I will take the argument that people are saying, "Look, I see a potential subversive element in what I'm seeing over here. That's why I'm trying to highlight this instance."

[00:06:10]Okay, well, break that down then.

[00:06:12]How did you come to that conclusion?

[00:06:15]Break it down and feed it to people.

[00:06:17]Educate people. Show people the way of how you got there and how it is a a logical conclusion based on the information, the facts that you have offered. Educate people. Bring them up to speed to where you are and then allow them to maybe hold the same position or not.

[00:06:34]Right? But, I'm not seeing that. All I'm seeing is ah That's literally it. Screaming children.

[00:06:42]Screaming children. Right? Um what I'm what what it brings to mind for myself is working with addicts, right? And families who have an addict in the family or suffering with the addiction problem, if you want to say if you want to frame it that way.

[00:07:02]So, the the common approach to dealing with addiction is to view the family itself as inherently sick.

[00:07:08]Right?

[00:07:09]It's not just a It's not just a person who's active in addiction. It's the whole family dynamic which is sick.

[00:07:16]Which causes the the addict, right? It produces the addict.

[00:07:22]Yes, there's individual choice, all that stuff. Yes, of course, that's a given.

[00:07:25]But, you're dealing with a sick family.

[00:07:29]And what sick families always want to do is create what's called the ident- the identified victim. Right?

[00:07:37]Or the identified patient in family systems. There's always one, right? And we we know it kind of colloquially colloquially as the black sheep of the family, right? The one that just gets just gets hammered. Ireland is no different.

[00:07:50]We love our scapegoats. We love our moral purity tests. Whereas, if you don't adhere to all of what I I adhere to, then woe to you, right?

[00:08:00]Not helpful. It's not helpful.

[00:08:03]And you will absolutely lose people along the way. And the point on that as well is you're kind of left with two options then.

[00:08:14]Either the people who are engaged in this sort of behavior that's going to alienate other people and also have a have a severe chilling effect on people being speaking openly and honestly.

[00:08:26]These people And if it applies to you, then go and reflect on this. And if it doesn't apply to you, then turn this off, right? Isn't You don't need to hear it. Or maybe you do and you want to, whatever.

[00:08:39]But either these people who are behaving like this they're so overwhelmed and possessed by their ideology, right?

[00:08:49]Even though they believe it wholeheartedly to be the cure of all ills, fine.

[00:08:54]But the effect of that that ideology has on some people and the effect that it will them them some people allow it to have on them is that they behave in such a way that will alienate other people from even associating with that ideology or with that person specifically. Right?

[00:09:11]But they don't seem to care about that, which will tell you either they're so possessed by the ideology that they're blinded to any objectivity.

[00:09:19]Which means you can't take anything they say seriously. Or they're mentally dis- so mentally deficient that they cannot see that the way they're carrying on is going to freeze the the honest and honorable sharing of perspective and it's going to alienate other people from getting online, right?

[00:09:36]Or getting board with things.

[00:09:39]It's either this and I struggled to see any other reasonable explanation for it. Or the result is the aim of the behavior.

[00:09:54]Which tells you an awful lot.

[00:09:55]Right? At a certain point, whether whether they're mentally deficient and cannot see the wood for the trees in terms of the carry-on out of them. Or they're they're actively trying to create the results that this sort of behavior is is going to result in.

[00:10:11]In which case, what's the point in talking to either of these people?

[00:10:15]Whether they're this or whether they're that, what is the point of communicating with these people? I don't see what I don't see the point.

[00:10:22]There's very little to be gained in any of it.

[00:10:24]Right?

[00:10:25]Because these people are not tethered to reality in any way.

[00:10:31]Cuz they have a set of core values and aims that they want to achieve and their behavior is actually moving them further and further away from achieving these things. That's insanity.

[00:10:40]Right? That's insanity. That person is not tethered to reality in any way. So, they have literally got nothing to offer.

[00:10:48]There's no point in arguing with them.

[00:10:50]There's no point in trying to convince them. There's no point in trying to reason things out with them.

[00:10:55]They are entrenched in their own inner turmoil that they're not even aware of.

[00:11:00]So, what they try and get people to do if you can't deal with your inner madness, right?

[00:11:06]What you will try and do is create a society or an environment around you that accommodates that madness.

[00:11:13]Right? Cuz then if if if the culture around you accommodates your own inner madness, then your madness is not different than the culture. Therefore, it can't be considered madness.

[00:11:22]Therefore, you're grand.

[00:11:24]Right?

[00:11:26]So, people are trying to suck people in, intentionally or otherwise. But, the behavior out of a lot of people is is doing that.

[00:11:33]It's entice enticing people into a whirlpool of lunacy.

[00:11:37]Right?

[00:11:38]Which is going to preclude everybody from getting on and achieving anything other than totally obliterating other people's reputations.

[00:11:47]Without offering any anything constructive. Here's the A to Z guide of how I arrived at this. And you also whenever making the case you have to land on at least yes, of course, what looks logical from your start point, right? And what you've gathered along the way, if it deviated or not or not, right?

[00:12:08]But you also need to offer a counterpoint.

[00:12:11]It could be this or it could be that.

[00:12:13]Right? So, I'm not I'm not wholly devoted to one thing.

[00:12:17]That's pure zealotry.

[00:12:19]Right?

[00:12:20]And we see where that ends up. It ends up with everyone at each other's throats, right?

[00:12:28]So, if people are coming from the better place, the better angels of their nature, so to speak, right? And their heart is in the right place. I'd ask people to reflect on their behavior and see and and just ask themselves given my stated claims and aims is my behavior getting me closer to them?

[00:12:48]Is it is it alienating people from me?

[00:12:51]And and from even entertaining the conversation of of heading towards these aims.

[00:13:00]Or is it not?
