A 12-week clinical study of 31 Peyronie's disease patients demonstrated that vacuum erection device (pumping) therapy can achieve an average penile length increase of 0.5 cm (2/10 inch) to 1.5 cm (6/10 inch), with 90% of participants experiencing curve correction of 5-25% (average 23°), suggesting that mechanical stretching of the tunica through pumping can remodel fibrous plaque and straighten curved penises while potentially increasing length.

All right, guys, it's Hink here. So, today I'm presenting this paper, okay?
This is actually one that I've had kind of in the tuck that I've wanted to discuss, but the timing is right. So, this paper is all about the use of pumping or using a vacuum erection device as far as actually straightening a curve, okay? In this case, it's Peyronie's disease. Now, this paper has a lot of important implications when it comes to enlargement purposes, even things just as applying continuous stretch on the tunica, and it actually proves that pumping can increase length.
And so, we're going to talk about all of that today and what this paper shows and how we can use it, as well as the fact that if you have a curve that you want to preserve, including a helpful upward curve, that you might want to be careful with how you pump. Before we go any further, a lot of you guys are watching my videos and you're not subscribed.
That really does go a long way. It really means a lot if you subscribe if you like what I do. Of course, hit the thumbs up. That also means a lot. And hype this video also means an incredible lot. So guys, the background of this paper is pretty simple. It's to determine whether or not pumping can actually help to straighten out the penis in people specifically with Peyronie's disease. Now, I do think some of the details are important. So, for example, this excerpt. This involves mechanical stretching of the tunica to lengthening. This involves mechanical stretching of the tunica to lengthen it, thereby straightening the penis. Here we have proof of concept of penile enlargement possible. Stretching the tunica to lengthen it. Now, what they did is they had 31 patients that they monitored, all of which had had Peyronie's disease for at least about 10 months. And what they did is they used this vacuum device here. Unfortunately, they didn't do this in the best way in the sense that they don't have any kind of prescribed pressure. They just had this device, and what they would do is basically they would put on the device and inflate it until essentially an artificial erection was achieved, then they left it in the in that position, basically fully engorged for 3 minutes, and then deflated the pump, and then repeated that process. And so, and they repeated that process over the span of about 10 minutes. Now, you guys know, like pumping pressure matters. So, I have several playlists on that if you want to check the some of those videos out after this. So, what are the key findings? So, I'm going to talk about curve correction in just a second, but I think the actual length findings on this are arguably more important. What they found is that on average there is a change in penile length by at least a half a centimeter. Guys, keep in mind this was only a 12-week study and the range of actual length changes that they saw was anywhere where between a half a centimeter all the way up to 1.5 centimeters. Here in American terms, that's anywhere between 2/10 of an inch all the way up to 6/10 of an inch.
That's a substantial amount of length gained in only 3 months. Now, guys they did not measure girth, but they did include this length change when it comes to stretch flaccid length. I know it's not perfect, guys. In several other videos I've talked to you about how stretch flaccid length correlates with erect length and by about 80%, okay? So, it's not 100% perfect, but it's a very good surrogate. So, if you're getting length gains as far as stretch flaccid length, then you're probably getting erect gains as well. Now, what's interesting is they did not notice any girth changes in this paper. However, if you read how they described how stretch flaccid was measured, it sounds as if they were only measuring flaccid girth.
And so, not having any flaccid girth changes, I don't know as much what to make about that. Now, guys how does this compare to my hang trial? Well, if you look at gaining basically on average 2/10 of an inch in 12 weeks, that's kind of right on par with my hang trial. So, guys if you haven't seen my hang trial, okay? I had a total of seven participants that did either extending manual stretches combined with pumping and on average they gained over about half an inch in length and a quarter inch in girth in 6 months. Now, the biggest difference between this paper and my trial is number one, this was a 3-month trial, mine's a 6-month trial, but I actually have photos that you can see for yourself, okay? The link is in the description below. Now, I do think it is an important caveat to say that this was measuring stretch flaccid length changes in men with Peyronie's disease. Now, even in the flaccid state, you can still see visible Peyronie's disease changes, especially depending on how severe the curve it. Is it possible that some of this stretch length is just from the fact that you did have a curve like that and now it's curved more straight and they that's the length change? Yeah, it's possible, guys, but there's also data that things like an extender, where you have continuous traction, actually causes increased in stretch penis length as far as flaccid erect and stretch flaccid like Derouzi et al. If you haven't seen my extender playlist, check it out. And so, it's quite possible and quite probable, in fact, that some of these length changes are legitimate. Did this prove that there was curve correction in this? Yeah. So, about 2/3 of the patients had a curve correction of somewhere between 5 to 25% and 90% of the participants on this trial actually had some sort of curve correction. So, yes, there was definite changes in the curve. So, guys, is there any other data that supports this as well? Well, yes, there is. So, on this paper right here, what they found was that the average curve correction was about by about 23°, whereas on this paper that we were just discussing, the average curve correction is about 25°. So, what are my takeaways from reading this paper? Well, number one, pumping actually there's this evidence that pumping can increase length. Now, I know what you might be saying, "No, Hank, that's just from the correction of the curve." Stop doing the voice. Maybe you're right. However, guys, the actual mechanism of why this works is why I believe pumping can increase length and of course girth.
But, the fact of the matter is you're applying continuous traction to the penis, which is therefore straightening out the tunica by stretching out the tunica. Here's this excerpt here. The rationale is that the regular application of this therapy would mechanically stretch the penis and cause remodeling of the fibrous plaque leading to stretching, similar to studies applying penile traction using the penile extender. So, to me this is further evidence that pumping can be used for length. Like, I get it, guys.
This is not the best data to suggest that, but I think the evidence does suggest just that. And so, this argument of people that don't know what they're talking about saying, "Oh, no. But, pumping is only for girth. Derp a derp."
Like, no, it's not. It's for both. And in fact, there's more published evidence showing that it is for length than there is for girth by a landslide. Now, guys, if you have not seen my video on this changes everything, there's actually a scientific consensus of sexual expert in scientist in this field that actually said that pumping has very clear evidence by basically tunica remodeling for not only length and girth. If you haven't seen that that video, I highly suggest you check it out after this also. Also, guys, if you have a curve, you might want to be careful with you not pumping. If you really love your upward curve, it's possible that pumping could actually slightly decrease that.
Now, I will say without a doubt extending will put you in a much higher risk, okay? And similarly, I would say hanging and even manual stretches, any of those constant traction therapies can absolutely increase the chance that you're going to straighten out the curve. As long as you're monitoring it, you should be fine. And once again, I just think this is further evidence that applying traction to the penis in the lengthwise or girthwise dimension over time can lead to changes in the tunica ultimately leading to enlargement. So, guys, you can tell I do a deep dive on this. I break down the actual science, not hocus pocus bro science [ __ ] Actual real science and real scientific papers. If you're interested in learning from me how to actually get bigger, I have my entire enlargement course. It's what the entire Hink Trial is based around where I actually have proof, unlike anybody else in the space, that my methods actually work and they're scientifically sound. And in my opinion, they're the safest ways to go about doing this. So, if you're interested in my course, please check it out. The link is in the description below.
