Climb for maximum climb thrust.
Flex max continuous thrust. One detent serving two functions. Flex is used for reduced thrust at takeoff. MCT max continuous thrust is used for single engine operations.

Idle reverse for idle thrust when reverse is selected. Max reverse for maximum reverse thrust.
