Anthropic released something called Claude for small business, and it connects to tools like QuickBooks, PayPal, Canva, HubSpot, and many others. And here's what that actually means. It comes with 15 ready-to-run workflows across finance, operations, sales, marketing, HR, and customer service. These aren't templates or prompts, but these are workflows that run end-to-end. For example, it'll pull your QuickBooks cash position, cross-reference any incoming PayPal settlements, build a 30-day forecast, and queue the payment reminders for approve. And you approve before anything sends, posts, or is paid. You're always in the loop. And this all runs inside Claude Co-work, a desktop app. You toggle it on, you connect your tools, you pick your workflow, and Claude does that work. This is what used to cost small businesses a full-time hire, but can now be done with a few clicks.
